Services
Dr. Broek is originally from Sioux Center, Iowa. He has a B.S. from the University of Iowa, where he was a 4-year letter winner and captain of the Track and Field team. He attended Southern California College of Optometry, where he graduated with distinction. While attending SCCO, he served as student association president, and he is currently a member of Beta Sigma Kappa - an academic honor fraternity.
Our Kids Glasses Package is a fantastic deal. Available on select frames and sizes, it comes with safe durable lenses with the option of adding transition and/or anti-reflective coating! If you select a frame that is not included in the package, we will still offer a 20% discount on that frame along with the special for the lenses.

Dr. Kyler saw my two year old son at the recommendation of our pediatrician. She was so good with him, and as a result he was relaxed and happy the entire time and she was able to complete a thorough exam—it was so smooth and easy. The office was timely in following up with the results of his exam. We’d highly recommend Urbandale Eye Care and Dr. Kyler for pediatric (and all other!) appointments!

Watch your bill! They will promise discounts to get you to spend money and then not credit them on your bill!!! Paid for a new pair of glass (with insurance) and a new pair of lenses for existing frames (out of pocket) - nearly $800 paid in advance. Glasses were never ordered! I waited three weeks and then called to check on them - and was told by the staff that I had not been in the office since last year! When I mentioned the charge to my card - they were finally able to find my visit and this is how it was discovered that the glasses had never been ordered! If I hadn't called I'd still be waiting
