We also offer partners classes about once every 2-3 months when husband/boyfriend/best friend/doula/sister, or whoever will be your primary support person at your birth, can come along to learn some great ways to support you during your preganacy and birthing experience.Please check with your doctor or midwife before starting prenatal yoga or any new exercise routine while pregnant.
