I live in Edisto Beach and had a flat tire with no spare and no jack to change it. After a nightmare issue with a towing company who never showed up, Tower Tire stepped in and handled the situation for me. John and his crew (I called them MANY times) were very kind, helpful, and patient with me. They went above and beyond any expectations that I had. We had a flat tire while traveling and Travis came out to replace it. He was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were back on the road safely. He even took the tire back to the shop to balance it instead of risking scratching the rim by changing it where we were waiting. All of this right at closing time but he was so patient and professional. Highly recommend these guys!
