Whatever you do not rent this apartment complex. If you have a dog please watch over it closely. Ingrid supposed staff will kidnap your dog. Any apartment is better than this. It is horrible. The maintenance man Herman has no skill and a fifth grader.

My fiance and I went to view two of the open apartments. The one down stairs was musty but in alright condition. The one upstairs was in awful condition and the floor was very unstable. The lady Ingrid that showed us the apartments blew everything off like it wasnt a big deal.
We called back the next day to discuss pricing and a few other questions we had about the information we had on a pamphlet that she had given to us. We spoke to a different man, who was very wishy washy and could not give us straight answers or pricing. Also kept trying to tell us that the apartments were different floor

We love the apartment, it's definitely what we were looking for with our two toddlers. The staff are very friendly.. they have helped us through everything we've needed along with the maintenance guys. The downside is the walls are very very thin. You can hear most of what the neighbors say. The neighbors have been extremely rude over the fact that we have two toddlers that make noise during hours. 8am they wake up, 1-3pm nap time, 8pm bed time. So it's mostly older people living here. I wouldn't call this a family place due to them. Neighbor wise they've made us uncomfortable in our own home screaming

One star less because or neighbors were stuck up and rude but that’s not managements fault. Also make sure u give SIXTY day notice before u move out or u will be charged for another months. Apartments are outdated and overpriced but our experience with Cody Brewer was good he seems to be a good person.
