There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? I came to Rochelle plaza and fell in love with the place, Esmeralda gave us the tour and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about the policies and requirements for the company and also knew the schools around. We were looking for a 3 bedroom and 2 bath place and what we got was beautifully remodeled with grayish floors throughout the apartment and gray tone walls and counters, the bathrooms and kitchen faucets were all new, very comfortable size of bedrooms, bathrooms and closets, a small to large family can be accommodated quite comfortably. I just love the office staff so much. They are always attentive and reliable. I was skeptical about having new staff initially but this was ABSOLUTELY a change for the BETTER!!! Veronica had been amazing.

I’ve been looking for an apartment for about a month now since I will be moving to Dallas in 3 weeks. Out of ALL THE APARTMENTS I’ve called and looked into, Rochelle Plaza has been by far the nicest apartments and not to mention the amazing staff they have!! Super polite and always ready to help! Def applying with them!

I haven’t even moved in. I only called to ask for availabilities and the lady was very rude and very short with me like she hated being there and then when I asked if they had any 2 bedrooms, she said no then hung up in my face. Like what the heck lol. I won’t be moving here.

I've been here over a year and not had any issues. Anytime I have an issue they come and fix it within a reasonable time frame. Vanessa in the office is always friendly and helpful. No complaints!
