Our Chapel Hill experience recently was a good one. They have served our family for many years and we appreciate their kind and compassionate manner. They were very responsive and helped us work through all of the details. Their kindness and patience was greatly appreciated during a very difficult time

My experience with the staff at Chapel Hill while planning my husband's funeral was excellent. They were professional yet very compassionate. Also back in 1981 I had the sad experience of planning the funeral for my first husband. They provided the same great service. Thank you for always being there and I highly recommend you.

This establishment has exceeded my expectations with every interaction. Their employees go above and beyond before, during and after any funerals you may attend. Everyone is so professional and understanding whatever your situation may be.
I recently ordered a thumbprint pendant for someone who had passed away over two years ago. Not only were they able to find the correct thumbprint after all this time, they managed to get the pendant to me before Christmas even though I had placed the order after the recommended deadline.
I personally want to thank Katie. She kept me informed about the status

The staff at Chapel Hill are amazing. Brian set up my daughters service for free after my baby girl past away after being stillborn. they allowed us to do so many unique things like play music to honor our baby girl at her funeral. they sent us cards and made us feel included in any event they held to honor children gone too soon. they were so kind and caring when creating her headstone. since being installed it’s always been well kept and neat. the woman who I worked with was phenomenal. she also lost some children and opened up to me and it was a great experience. I forget her name but their

Visiting my loved one's grave site is like going to a garden. The area is beautiful sprinkled with dog wood in the spring. One large pink one shelters my area. The area is in the older section, just as you enter the property by the first mausoleums. and thus will be easy to find for those who, in later years, will seek their ancestors memorial place. Selecting this cemetery
was one of the smartest moves I have ever made.

I was waiting to write a review for Chapel Hill Mortuary until a grave marker was in place, but feel it's important to get this out now as our journey has lasted a while. Note that we are from out of state, and worked with Chapel Hill through occasional visits, and email.
First, our initial consultation with Bryan (not the owner) to plan our step son's death and burial, when he was a ward of the State of Missouri and before he was seriously ill, went very well. Bryan met us in our needs, was very forthcoming with options and costs, as well as some of the hurdles we will need to be aware
