He loves to learn about the histories of the homes he inspects, the area he lives in, and to share his knowledge with others. Lee is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI).

Being a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with every aspect of the process to say the least. I cant say enough great things about Lee. Quick as can be getting my inspection on the schedule around the holidays and incredibly thorough. He took his time and explained everything we were looking at as well as maintenance schedules for certain areas of the home. By the time I got the report I was confident in the home I was purchasing and my ability to maintain my investment. Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with for our home inspection! He was extremely thorough and really took the time to explain why certain things needed to be certain ways. As a first time home owner, there are many things that I didn't think of or know would need updating/fixing but Lee made sure I walked away from the home inspection feeling confident. Additionally, he provided his contact information and told me to reach out a month, year, whenever down the road if I ever had any questions or needed any clarifications/support. He truly takes pride in what he does!

I am in the process of purchasing a new to me house. Lee was wonderful from first contact. He explained his work, expectations, price, and personal experience on the phone and was able to get me scheduled very quickly. On the day of the inspection he was very prompt and greeted me with warmth and a welcoming demeanor. As we went through the inspection he was very thorough and took time to explain the area, what I should see, and what to look out for. I never felt that any question was a bad or stupid question.
