Orchard cove is a great place to live! The office staff is amazing and so is the maintenance department! A very peaceful place and ammentities are awesome! I would recommend anyone to come and live here.

What a beautiful and comfortable place. The front office people have been so good to work with. I especially love having a pool and hot tub near and the covered parking is so nice. We haven’t been here for long but we are very comfortable here so far.

We have found Orchard Cove to be very clean and quiet. The management staff and crew have been very kind and helpful and we are very lucky to have found this place.They definitely helped make an already stressful move, across the country to Utah, less stressful. Thank you Orchard Cove!

Love living here! Nice place, clean. A lot of green parks, the best pool ever. A quiet place to rise children... and the best manteneisment team and management ladies! Love it!

I have been here for over 2 years! The rooms are large and having two bathrooms is so nice. The Maintenance crew is quick and efficient. The office answers my questions quickly and accurately. There is a bunch of fun things to do around the complex, and the playgrounds are so fun.

Orchard Cove is fantastic! The staff is always friendly, and will do anything they can to make sure you have a good experience. The amenities they offer make it a great family friendly property. I would highly recommend orchard cove to anyone.

Great experience living at Orchard Cove. In fact, I didn’t want to leave.
Positives: Great management team, great price for the space you get, quiet and safe neighborhood, great location
Negatives: older appliances, thin walls
In the greater Ogden area, this apartment is the most fairly priced location. Highly recommended!!
