I lived here for a year and it was an amazing experience. Stephanie at the front desk was always helpful and friendly. The apartments and facilities were clean, pet friendly, and spacious. Moving in and moving out procedures seemed so much easier than other apartments I've stayed at. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love living in this community. They make it super easy to pay rent. Stephanie is always there to help you anyway she can. Sean the maintenance man is very helpful and when you need something no matter how small he is punctual and NEVER makes you feel like your an inconvenience! The other tenants are polite. I just can’t say enough about this community I feel safe and extremely comfortable living here. There are so many other apts I could have picked a year and half ago, I am so grateful I picked Aderra! Ty for giving me a home.

Living at Aderra has been an amazing experience. The staff is EXTREMELY nice, and maintenance always come quickly when we ask for assistance even with minor things. The apartments have a beautiful modern look and we’re very clean when we moved in. It’s dog friendly, our dog loves the Bark Park we go every day!

I have been living at Aderra since June. I’ve come across some hardship and making my payments on time has been a struggle, but Stephanie in the front office has been a complete ANGEL in helping me. I’ve never lived somewhere that had such genuinely nice people working there. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. I would highly recommend Aderra to anyone in search of a new home!

I recently relocated to Utah and needed to find an apartment for myself and children ASAP. I searched high and low for a move in date of September 1st. I couldn’t find anything anywhere. I was driving and saw Aderra and stopped by on a whim. To my luck there was a 3 bedroom unit for a move in date of August 31st. Upon meeting Stephanie I explained my situation letting her know I didn’t have the best credit but I had been working on repairing it. She let me know she would do her best to help me out. Since first seeing the apartment complex and the inside of the model apartment my wife was instantly in love. We have lived in a couple apartment complexes and by far Aderra is the nicest.
The apartment manager Mrs.Stephanie has been beyond helpful in helping my wife and I feel right at home since the day we first came to apply. If she knows you have a problem in your apartment that maintenance hasn't been able to fix she will do what she can to get that problem fixed for you in a very timely manner.

We loved living here. Adverts is a great and quite atmosphere. When me and my wife were originally looking for a place to rent most places did not have that “home” feeling. After setting up a meeting with Stephanie that all changed. She was so welcoming and helped answer so many of our questions. Stephanie was half of the reason we chose Aderra Apartments. We moved in and have never had one issue, all of our questions receive timely responses, we had to have a smoke detector replaced in our apartment and that was even done so quickly I was suprised.

We moved to Aderra in August and the moving process couldn’t have gone smoother. Stephanie is the best property manager out there! She is so friendly and super sweet! Her and the maintenance man do a fabulous job running the apartments. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are very well taken care of!

The apartment is modern with all the comforts, everything works perfectly, I didn’t need any maintenance so far, actually only a little one to adjust the dishwasher and they solve the issue in 1 day (maintenance 10/10). Availability and cordiality of Stephanie that manage the apartment is another 10/10. Gym always super clean, and the pool in the summer is a good plus! Anything else??? Honestly? Don’t waste your time looking for another place ✌🏼

I loved living here. I moved in about a year ago into a 1 bedroom.
I highly recommend living here at Aderra.
Pros- They are a new complex and we were the first people to live in our unit.
Stephanie the owner is amazing. She is hard working and friendly. The units are very beautiful and include a nice granite island. Tons of space in the kitchen for cooking and storage. Very nice size pantry, and coat cost. Patio includes storage. Huge vanity and bathroom I'm going to miss!! Washer/dryer in unit. The people who live here are very nice and its fairly quite. A small swimming pool and exercise
