A very neat, tidy, and well-run place in an unbeatable location. Not a lot of competition for city garden in this price range. All the expected amenities. The people are nice. But the main asset here is Kristi, the building manager, who is always available, will go to extreme lengths to solve your any issue and get things done in general. She is effective, caring, and is fun to be around in general. Really enjoying my time here.

Smelly building. Apartments are small inside but with a decent layout. Dog park is nice and fenced in. Bums all around the building so the fence helps kinda.

Amazing management. Justine was amazing was super sweet, and took her time to give me a good tour and also let me know what was close by and what there is to do around Ogden, It’s an amazing place in a pretty good location, I would recommend this place to others, and keep up the good work y’all

I have lived here almost one year and have loved it all! Justine is fantastic and handles problems in a professional and timely manner. The other tennants have all been friendly and I have always felt safe.

This place is fantastic! Justine and Shawn are amazing people and you could not ask for better employees. They both handle every problem with speed and grace.
I lived in this community for two years. I watched it grow and improve slowly, at first, then dramatically. The security, personal gym and bike share are such great amenities to have!
If you're looking for a great place to live that is always improving, look no further.

Moved in last week and love this place!!! I'm the very first tenant in my apartment . Between the staff, the all new appliances , the security of the complex, and the location make city gardens great place to live. I've lived in apartments before but this complex is truly my home. Thanks again for the staff and their hard work to get me in on time. The staff here even waited for me at 5 pm to make sure I got in on my move in day. Best experience ever thanks!!!
