I love these apartments! They made moving for my friend and I a breeze! The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and close access to the bus line. The pools are great in the summer time and the neighbors as well as the staff all treat you like family. So happy to have called this place home!

The worst landlord one can possibly have. BEWARE. Fell victim to bed bugs for the first time in my life the same week of move-in. You'll see different types of insects in your apartment. Ironically they charge you additional money for pest control along with other hidden costs ($50+ cable, $199 insurance etc.) as mentioned in other reviews only when you're about to sign your lease. But the supposed pest control person will never show up until you report bed bugs and they'll charge you for whatever exterminator they use by withholding your one-month rent deposit without giving any explanation or

I have almost three years of experience at the Villager Apartments. There has been new management and they are very diligent, hard-working, and caring. Every time I have had a maintenance order, it is treated important and gets taken care of very quickly. Anytime I come into the main office I am treated like family and given respect. John is one of the workers in the main office and he is such a joy to be around. He holds the office together and is very passionate about his job. The apartment I live in has all new flooring, up to date appliances, and modern kitchen. I use the gym at the office

They made my move from out of state go as smoothly as possible. Everything was done online, even the signing of my lease. And due to the Covid 19 quarantine hitting the week I moved in, my keys were waiting for me discreetly to arrive. They truly went above and beyond to help the process. My daughter and I Loved the space our townhouse offered! It's amazingly spacious for the money! I would most definitely refer anyone I know to check out the Villager before going anywhere. My only disappointment while living there,was the parking. It would have been so nice to have designated parking. Overall

The staff in the office were very welcoming and informative from the start. Jonathan Stout was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and went up and beyond for my roommate and I when we came to apply for an apartment. He made the application process quick and provided assistance along the way. Very pleased with the staff here.

Love this place. They are so nice and when things need to be addressed, they are very quick to fix! Beautiful area! I highly recommend! I haven’t lived in apartments since I was younger and was skeptical but this is great apartment living. Plus they have a great pool and nice residents!! Melissa, Angie, and John are very receptive and listen to their residents!

I have lived here for almost a year, but I will be leaving next month due to a job transfer. If it wasn't for that, I would have signed another one year lease. Management is straightforward, friendly and professional. Maintenance quickly solved every issue I had. The rent is reasonable and the location is unbeatable. If you're looking for a cozy space in a safe area, look no further!

I read the last review of Villager Apartments and I disagree with the negative comments that person had to say. The maintenance team is on top of things! Upon moving in I had a few things that needed to be done and it happened immediately. They’re improving each apartment with new appliances and flooring. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees; they do a good job keeping the grass & shrubbery landscaped nicely. Several tenants plant their own flowers and shrubs in front of their apartments which only enhances the beauty. It's what truly attracted me to the place. I do personally pick up
