We politely ask you to join us in helping those who cannot help themselves during these truly uncertain times. In an ongoing effort, Fath Properties will be partnering with a local charity to provide help to the members of our community who need it most. We will be collecting items in a bin located outside of your Leasing Office.
A huge thank you to all of our residents who donated to the St. Nick's Shoppe gift drive this year. We want you to know-your generous response to this effort empowered Catholic Social Services to provide gifts and essentials to more than 500 families this holiday season! As those who distributed these items can attest, every gift was warmly appreciated and the recipients were very thankful.
We are here to assist you in your apartment home search. We are offering guided, self-guided and virtual tours. A self-guided tour allows you to visit the community and view an apartment home with assistance from a team member via telephone call. We also offer virtual tours in which our teams can walk you through availability, photos, floorplans and more online or through a live video call.
I am really thankful to have found WPA. The entire staff in the office is incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. You absolutely get what you pay for, and they have exceeded my expectations! The property is nestled in a quite and safe neighborhood with access to beautiful trail.

Have recently moved into this Apartment not even a Week. I am glad with the assistance provided by Staff while moving in to this Apartment. Lovely Place to Live with Family. We spent almost a year looking for a place back in the Dayton area from out of state. When we first looked at it, it had everything we wanted, but you never know. Well, we have lived here for just over a year now and it is everything we thought it was. Staff is VERY attentive, both administratively and maintenance wise. Grounds are impeccable, swimming pool, and workout facilities. There are a good number of kids in the community, keeping them active, all are well behaved, and it's a professional community, so all are very accepting. We couldn't have found a better place to move back to the Dayton

I moved in about 5 months ago as a potential temporary residence, and really like it here so far. I will update if things change. The community is nice and everything is well maintained. Alexis is great and responds very quickly and professionally every time I have contacted them for anything, even after I moved in. Management has been accommodating on requests I have. I am not sure why others complain about noisy neighbors - It's incredibly quiet and I rarely see anyone out past 10p, even on weekends. Hoping any rent increase will be minimal, so that I can continue living here!

This has been the most pleasant experience I have EVER had in moving into my apartment. Alexis and Marla are have been so helpful and concerned from the start of my application process to me moving in. I must add this is just an all around great area, good for kids, and most importantly shopping. Thanks to all the great staff at Washington Place!

Good apartment complex with excellent office staff. Been here for few years now. Apartments are clean, with big open spaces, kids and dog park, along with an excellent pool, club house and gym. Wooded area all around and access to walking trail and views adds to the vibe. Kids have huge open spaces to play and tire themselves out, very safe. Office managers and staff are prompt to maintain and attend to service request the same day. They maintain property and apartments very well to keep it clean, always. They also constantly upgrade apartments as and when they become available.
