(1-year review) My wife and I love living here! The location is unbeatable, tucked away in Centerville in its own little area off of Loop Rd. Great central location between our work places. The buildings are modern and have a great amount of privacy compared to other apartments I have lived in. On top of that, the maintenance team has been so responsive and helpful with our requests! Honestly one of the best places to live in the Dayton area.

My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed living here for the past year and a half! The complex is super nice as well as the amenities. We absolutely love our apartment and the "luxurious" feel. It is in such a convenient location. Everything you need is only 10 minutes away! We have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff in the office as well as maintenance. They all have been super responsive in anything we need. I also really appreciate the facebook giveaways as well as other ways they try to bring the community together, such as free food in the clubhouse and donation drives. It is

I have been a resident at Gateway since May 2021. Our place is beautiful. The staff has been nothing but accommodating and helpful whenever we need help. Our washer wasn’t working, and the office offered to pay for laundromat services until our washer could be fixed. I would 10/10 recommend this facility!

I just moved into Gateway Lofts Centerville about 2 weeks ago because of the short commute to the office! The move-in process was seamless and the team in the leasing office answered all my questions promptly before move-in too.
The apartment was spotless when I moved in which made the move all the easier!

Such a poor experience leasing here.... Rather than publishing a novel built on these series of unfortunate events caused by the complex... I will state some of the pros/cons of being a tenant at Gateway, along with recommendations for OTHER places to live in the area.
Pros: 1) Various ares to walk your dog including ponds, creeks, trials. 2) the pool is nice 3) Availability to a printer...if its working. 4) easy access to the highway and Dorothy Lane Market!!!
Cons: 1) Don't plan on getting your packages...or having a mailbox (I didn't have a mail box for the first 2 months). 2) the balconies
