I just moved in, but so far it has been a pretty easy move. Thank you Ashley & Trish for all the help you have given me, and thank you for all your patience. I think I may just say for a while. I have been living at Steeplechase for almost a year, about 6 months ago the property was purchased by Friedman communit.

The manager Ashley Cook was very friendly and helped answer all my questions regarding my interest in moving into Steeplechase. I love the location and the staff is friendly which helped secure my decision to apply to the apartment complex. The clubhouse is decorated for Christmas which shows the employees really enjoy working there and making the office appealing.

I’ve been a tenant of Steeplechase for about a year now. Office Management and Maintenance are friendly, efficient, and respond to any/all questions/concerns I’ve had here. Steeplechase is a quiet and safe community, I have had a great experience here. 10/10 recommend if looking for an updated and friendly community.

I’ve lived here for three years and I can honestly say that this past year has been the best. The current office staff is very helpful and always able to address any questions or concerns that arise. Ashley has done an amazing job of communicating everything going on with the property. You can tell that her and her team truly want to make this a place where the community members brag about living.

Good luck ever getting anything fixed in your apartment. Been on the wait list for 8 months now and still haven't gotten anything, and when they do fix it, they usually just break it more. Rent is outrageous for what you get. They say they have one maintenance guy. Which I can understand with the labor shortage. But that's no excuse to allow your entire apartment community to fall into disrepair. Hire an outside contractor because it has to be done.

Terrible experience. I got accepted to an apartment. The units look nothing g likeshown online. The staff was unprofessional. I had tocall multiple times and leave multiple messages they never answer the phone. I would like to speak to upper management. So disappointed with the service service reviewed. I am a financial advisortjat just relocated here from Maine and was treated very poorly. Will be finding contact I found for the owner of this property.

I will leave a much more detailed review later about why this was the worst decision I have ever made. I have only lived here 5 months, so I am sure I will have more to add since something seems to go wrong every week. For now please take my advice and do not make the mistake of moving here. Hopefully they will change their false advertising or lower costs since they do not offer the services they claim to. Thanks for reading!

Honestly, probably the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The office staff is really nice and anytime I’ve had a problem it gets fixed asap. I think I’ve only had to call maintenance once since I’ve been here and it was fixed within 20 minutes. The neighbors are nice. It’s actually pretty quiet for an apartment complex and it’s safe. And definitely the best deal you will get for luxury living in the area. The only reason that I am thinking about not signing another lease is because I started a new job a few months ago and would like to be closer to work.
