Revere Villlage Apartments By BRG Properties

The staff was nice. Thats about the only good part about living here. Very outdated and dirty. I've added some photos of what we moved into. Definitely would not recommend revere village.

Rent is okay but we have to put in a lot more maintenance requests than it feels we should have to. We've lived in two apartments here and the appliances are terrible and they will do anything to avoid replacing them and they NEVER clean the washing machines. The laundry rooms are disgusting I always get rashes when I use the laundry machines here. There's always clumps of dirt and hair in the corners and they seriously need to be cleaned monthly if not weekly but obviously are not if they're even cleaned at all.

I would give Revere Village five stars, having lived here for 9 years. But, rent has increased dramatically in recent years to the point where I am unsure if I can afford my apartment. The staff is generally nice, and the maintenance crew is good. I like the amenities like the pool, laundry rooms, and fitness room. If only the cost were not so high!

We moved in a week ago and so far maintenance has been great! Dan and Anthony are very nice and efficient. Will do another review when ever we move out.

I'm honestly surprised seeing some of these reviews and wonder if they mistook another apartment complex for this one. I've lived here for over 4 years and the staff always seems very eager and friendly to help, Morgan and everyone else I've talked to is very friendly. I think everyone is doing a great job. Olivia is probably the best apartment managers I've had the pleasure of talking with. The maintenance staff is always quick to come in and help with any issues, they even came out this past winter during a snow storm when I was having issues with my sink. I would recommend this place to anyone

I love my gorgeous new apartment here at Revere Village!! The staff & maintenance here have all been amazing ensuring that my place is to my liking. The grounds are nice and clean and friendly neighbors, quiet and safe next to the police station. A wonderful living experience just down the road from grocery, banking, tanning, shops and tons of stores & restaurants.

I was thinking about moving here but after all them bad reviews I’m scared I just want a nice place for me and my son

I've lived in my townhome since May 2020, its the best decision I've made in a long time. I love it here, its quiet, clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Management go above and beyond for the residents, especially Olivia Marko. I am very blessed to be a part of this community. Tancy Kenrick

I have lived here for 2 years and I've been very satisfied. Never had any issues with maintenance coming promptly and they are always available to answer questions in the office.
The only issue I have is that the walls and floors are really thin. I can hear everything my downstairs neighbor does, especially when they play their music and have night time activities. I live through it. It is what it is.
I would recommend Revere Village to anyone wanting to be close to the center of town, but not hear a lot of the noise from highways or traffic.
