I ordered a floral arrangement with balloons, teddy bear, and a box of chocolates.
It was delivered the same day, but the chocolates were not. I received a call from the floral shop and they delivered the box of chocolates to my daughter who just had my granddaughter, and my daughter called me to tell me they upsized the box of chocolates to her, and said the delivery man was very nice.
I'm very impressed with how this was handled. I understand things can get missed. They proved to go above and beyond. I will definitely buy flowers with them again.

Bouquet looked nothing like as advertised. Paid for delivery but the shop called the recipient and asked them to come pick it up. Extremely disappointed all around.

The is first time I've ever written a review for ANY company. They are VERY unprofessional and I wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy. Even during Covid-19 causing slower business they still can't perform. The delivery driver SUCKS. Tried to talk to him on the phone on how to reach the residence and he still couldn't get there and was impatient due to his incompetence. I asked him to FT me so I can walk him and he responds he has a flip phone. -_- it's 2020 bruh.

I think North Hills Florist is an awesome shop. I got a gorgeous arrangement from them . I also had great customer service from a designer named Terri.

I have been in the Florist business for years and I had a small event I was doing and when the previous owner had the Flower Shop she always was so helpful to getting me supplies I was needed so this new owner refused to sale to me today . I was shocked!!!!! I was paying full price for the supplies I was needing. I know lots of people that trade with this business and I’m sure they will be going elsewhere for now own !

North Hills Florist did all of my wedding flowers in February 2019. They did such an amazing job and delivered them the morning of the wedding. We were so pleased with how beautiful the arrangements turned out. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement yesterday from my Veterinarian office through North Hills Florist. A gorgeous fall arrangement.

This is the WORST FLORIST EVER!!!!! They guarantee same day delivery and was unsuccessful at delivering on the same day. I ordered flowers for my sister to be delivered on May 21st (her birthday) and the flowers did not get delivered until Wednesday May 23rd. I will NEVER, EVER order from this company again. I will stick with Tipton & Hurst May pay a little bit more but at least they will deliver when promised!!!!!

Florists are very friendly. Excellent customer service and a vast variety of selections to choose from. Also very reasonable prices.

Unprofessional and unreliable. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and thought all was well. I have used NH Florist in the past. The arrangements have always been lovely and my Mother was pleased. On the Saturday before Mother's Day, they called to tell me that the delivery address was "out of their range" so although the arrangement is ready, they will not deliver the flowers to my Mother.

The person who called said that maybe a "new person" had taken the order and didn't know. How is that my problem? I specifically told the lady who took the order what part

TERRIBLE experience. I ordered four arrangements through Teleflora, and let them choose the florist. One arrangement came from North Hills Florist & Gifts, and I was so disappointed when I saw it...I felt like I had been ripped off. Flowers were very sparse and small, it was mostly greenery. Nothing at all like the picture on the Teleflora website, aside from the container and the colors. I got the other three arrangements later in the day, from another NLR florist, and they were BEAUTIFUL, maybe even BETTER than the picture. I contacted Teleflora customer service, and they had the GOOD
