Quite simply a florist that does not take pride in their product. I bought one of the Easter arrangements today for a family member to celebrate her new job. The flowers were wilted and damaged- easily look as wilted as an arrangement from a decent florist after 3 or 4 days. We had to go to Tipton and Hurst to fix it, costing more money and time. Avoid this place and pay the same rate for a decent shop like T + H or some place that that has earned its reputation.

I called the florist to order flowers for my friend who just had her first baby girl. I ordered the flowers with a nice saying on the card. Well after not hearing from my friend, I text her to see if she got the flowers. She said yes but didn't know who they were from since the card had the wrong name AND no saying and no name who sent them. Also there was no confirmation from the florist. Thank God! I was sending them to a close friend, imagine if it was someone who passed away, you wouldn't want to follow up with them. Try another florist who is more professional in my opinion
