I called this business in a panic around 3:00 p.m. on my step-mother's 80th birthday because I received a message that the floral delivery I had arranged through 1800flowers would not arrive that day, despite my having paid a premium for same-day delivery. Not only were they very friendly and understanding of my situation, but they were very professional and delivered a beautiful arrangement to her by 5:30 p.m. the same day!

Was out of town when the father of a dear friend passed. Since I was unable to attend the funeral, ordered some nice flowers a couple of days in advance of the service. Was assured by very nice lady on the phone that delivery to funeral home in plenty of time was no problem. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from my friend thanking me for the beautiful flowers received by her mother at her home the day after the service. I guess I should be glad they found her at all, since she lives in another city. Very disappointed.

I picked this flower shop because of the google reviews. I placed an order mid-day 10/24/2018 and called the following morning to see if any changes could be made to order she asked my order which she said she was making it at the moment then got really rude about not being able to make changes and there was nothing she could do. I understand not being able to make the changes but I do not understand her attitude. I responded all you had to say was no and got off the phone because I did not want my order messed up, if it wasn't already. I hope my sister likes the arrangement but I will not be using

My brother lives in AR now & getting married here. I offered to purchase & have the bouquet & bouteineire delivered to the place of reception.
I live in California & the shop made it very easy to pay over the phone. Margaret was always very kind & helpful via phone. I was able to email what the bride was looking for, which was blue orchids with white calla lillies. I was asked to follow up the week of the wedding to ensure the order was on the schedule for delivery the afternoon of the wedding.
I called the Tuesday before the wedding & there were no issues. We made sure

BEAUTIFUL work, and Always friendly! First time I used them was a few years ago when my uncle-in-law passed away. After that they have been my Florist of choice. Super service, will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Went in a few weeks ago and they stayed open late just to fill a small order. Cant say how hard it is to find good customer service these days, and these guys really do have great customer service.
