I just spent 6 days here and was highly impressed with the whole staff. Every nurse was so kind and attentive, as were the doctors. I never felt ignored or dismissed and felt like all my concerns were addressed. Even the after care has been amazing. I have had at least 2 people check in on me so far, even the very busy doctors. When you are going through something scary, it certainly helps to have a good team behind you. Thank you !

No one had any idea why I was there. Had a stroke and they treated me for covid. Told my wife that she could bring my 12 month old with her to visit then freaked out on her when she did. And to top it all off Aultman sold my phone number to scammers. I never got scam calls before my visit, now I'm getting almost 10 a day, all trying to get me signed up for Medicare. Apparently they only sold my number cause I'm way too young for Medicare.

I've never left a bad review before but my birthing experience and after care was terrible I had my baby 10/21 from the moment I walked in the lady was rude wouldn't give me directions to labor and delivery another patient helped me find it. Then when I get there they have me sitting in a waiting area forever they then put me in triage my contractions were 4 mins apart and were progressing fast and getting stronger In triage the student or medical assistant whatever he was tells me to go home and take Tylenol I flat out refused to leave I live 45 minutes away from the hospital I wouldn't of made

The staff was very nice and patient but the hospital was so dirty and disgusting I thought I was in a third world country. Wine, yes wine, all over the floor. Whiskey and wine bottles under the bench, dirty mask all over the floors, food, trash and crumbs on the tables, no toilet paper in bathroom and blood spots on walls and floors. I waited six hours and was told it could be 20. This is what happens when you fire good people for not getting the jab!

My husband was at Aulman a year ago, before there was a vaccine for Covid 19. He had Covid and spent 47 days on a ventilator and 80 days at Aultman facilities from the MICU, to LTAC to Woodlawn. Dr. Boutros and his amazing team in the MICU provided the most compassionate and excellent care. After he was finally released to go home we have continued with care from the many gifted doctors from Aultman and he is making a full recovery thanks to them. Today, I am at here again with my sister who is having hernia surgery. The wonderful care continues! Every person is kind, friendly and compassionate

I’m currently sitting here watching a covid patient who is completely disabled be neglected to use a basic need for almost 2 hours, he even came out of their room. A patient fell out of his wheelchair and didn’t get help for an unknown amount of time. I’ve been waiting for 8 hours just to find out that there’s been people waiting here for over 24 hours in worse condition. The nurses have attitudes and talk about quitting when asked for help. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting.

Nurses were FANTASTIC in the SICU and regular floor. What I didn't like is my son was there after a gunshot wound and was released with no discharge orders or contacts in case he had problems. Well, guess what? He has an infection around the wound and has no idea who to contact.

I'm so disheartened to feel that I even need to write a review. Aultman, you've been my go to hospital for over 25 years. My family uses this hospital also for over 50+. But today I'm disappointed. I haven't had to come here, except for the ER, since before the onset of covid. Today, while accompanying a disabled patient, there was very limited parking, certain entrances are closed down and a remarkable amount of distance to walk for a person with disabilities. The random employee that I asked for help was amazing. However with expanding so much, you've really placed Limitations on a large population

I have had nothing but negative experiences with the Aultman foundation going back the last 4 years. Everything from outpatient, ER, inpatient stay, billing, and Aultcare insurance. This will be lengthy, bit I'll try to keep it as concise as I can. Scroll all the way down for the Too long, didn't read if you wish.

Several months ago I was diagnosed with covid in the ER. Was sent home. I continued to decline so I went back to the ER. This experience is not my issue, just a preface to give you the whole story. I was seen at Aultman West ER. I was then admitted and transferred to Aultman

The nurse who accompanied me during the birth is Paula and she was amazing and I will never forget her! Thanks for the good experience ... Highly recommend :)

The emergency room always has a super long wait. Out patient lab testing has awesome staff and there isn't a long wait. As someone who is difficult to draw blood from, I appreciate that they don't just go poking and will bring someone in who has more experience. They will also suggest that you hydrate and then come back. Kaylie was absolutely amazing!

I've lived in a lot of different places and I've been to different hospitals. This is by far one of the worst that I've ever had the displeasure of stepping into. The doctors and staff don't give a crap about you here or their job as it feels like they're all going through the motions to collect a paycheck. The communication and coordination is ridiculous. This hospital has grown so large over the years but the quality of care is abysmal. Canton deserves better.

The single star is for the emergency room I went there last night had four people in front of me and watched them all go and come out then about a dozen more people filed in each and every one of them went before me so I asked "Do you know when its
Going to be my turn?" and they replied that your type of services require a special room. Now I'm no fool when it comes to the hospital's I was there to get a 1-hour IV drip of antibiotic every single room is equipped for that so they judge me according to how I look or what I was there for and basically I sat there all afternoon

If you have to go to the hospital, this is the place. Every single nurse and assistant was BEYOND GREAT.

They're all kind and professional as we expect. This is more than that. I don't know if the hire from heaven, but everyone I encountered was an angel. I've been here three days and not one person disappointed me or neglected my needs, emotionally and medically. Wow.

I'm here for a body collapse because long term abuse trauma. I was scared, didn't want to be touched,, and looked like I just came out of the trenches all crazy-eyed like a wild animal they made me feel

This review is exclusively for the Labor and Delivery Department.....I had a very long and rough labor, but ended up having a c-section early in the morning on July 4. Lots of blood, sweat, and tears were shed to get my baby here. (I'll spare you all the details).

But the nurses were nothing short of amazing. Especially: Katy, Kim, Leah, Sydney, Joyce, Pam, Sandra, Amanda , Candace, and Jen. I think I may have forgotten a couple names, but I loved them all! The most caring and patient women ever!

Also the Nurse's Aid (I believe that was her position, but I'm not sure): Courtney

My fiance's fluid Iv's were removed per his brother's request and not just the doctor, but some of your other staff had talked Jeff Freewalt into letting his brother,John A Freewalt die or should I say starve to death in Hospice, because John had heart issues and brain damage, that could've been fixed later on had he recovered from brain damage. What gives you people the right to decide who lives or dies? After John was taken off the machines,he was still breathing on his own for 5 days.John was a hard worker and did physical labor all his life. When you have epidural injections and then back surgery and Aultman Center for Pain Management says if these don't work, your next step is a spinal cord stimulator! Fast forward a little over a year, I called to get scheduled two times and they never returned my calls, finally after a month of waiting I finally asked for a manager and they pass me to the lady who's handles scheduling. Well, I made her very upset because they said they never received all of the info and couldn't do anything until they received it all. So, I hand delivered it to make sure they received it. We have had all of our kids here, one in their NICU. Every experience was great. My wife has been there for kidney stones (more times than she would like) and was taken good care of. Many trips to the ER and their stat cares. We have always been treated kindly by their staff.

I went to aultman for stomach pain such as gallbladder or ulcer. I haven't ate in a week. I go straight to the back and the dr comes in and says this is not a diagnosing center. Like really I just wanted help so I could eat because over the counter meds wasn't working and it was a weekend and statcare had me go there. Needless to say they did nothing. Then the cops had a bloody prisoner from being beaten up and they kicked me out. And that's ok I understand their were people worse off than I, but I'm a person asking for help as well. I'll never go back there. Nurses were
