Me and my family rented from this company for a year, we were great tenants. Always paid rent on time, took care of the property etc. When we decided to move out, I found someone to take our lease, we had the carpets professionally cleaned (they were not clean when we moved in) we cleaned the house, I had a maintenance guy come and fix various things, like changed all light bulbs and the doors upstairs never latched in the entire time we lived there so he fixed those. We left the house in better condition.

I had the honor of working with Dana to get my property listed for sale. I live in Texas, and she has been tremendous being keeping me informed during the whole process. My sister and I own a rental property in UT. We’ve used Miller & Co as our property management company in UT for the past 20+ years, as my sister lives in TX, and I live in CA. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is refusing to give us back any of our deposit. When we moved in, there were sticky stuff on the upstairs carpet, blue sticky tack all over the small room, none of the upstairs doors latched because the doors were crooked, none of the door knobs in the entire apartment turned because they were painted over until they were stiff, the shower heads were so clogged with hard water you couldn't take a decent shower. We fixed all of these things before we moved out.

We had an excellent experience with Dana Holton as our Real Estate agent. She was tremendously helpful with ideas, vendors, and contractors to update our house to put on the market. She spearheaded our renovation, and it proceeded smoothly, with a fast turnaround such that we were able to get the house listed in our desired timeframe. The house sold within a few days. We were very pleased with the interest in the house, number of offers, and resulting sales price. We used Miller and Company to rent, sell, and buy a house and I can't think of a single negative thing that happened over our relationship with them. Our agent was Dana H. and she was also incredible through the whole process.
We received plenty of communication and reports about our house when it was being rented and Miller and Co was responsive to maintenance requests, finding and vetting new tenants, and helping when we were ready to make regular updates to the house with things like paint, carpet, etc.

I love love loved working with Miller and Company when we leased a home from them. They have incredible customer service and values. It is not very often that you find a property management company that cares about your experience.
