Highly recommend! Hired Steve to do a pre-sale home inspection. He came out on short notice as we were planning on listing the house that weekend, and this was kind of an afterthought. I'm so glad we did!
He was extremely thorough, and detail oriented. He found a couple of items that would have cost me $1000's more if a prospective buyer's inspection had found them! (They could have forced me to use specific contractors)
He was definitely not an alarmist and was truly pleasure to deal with.
And at better pricing than the 2 places our Realtor wanted us to use! A+++
