Luis Calderon is absolutely the best Property Manager I’ve ever had! 5 stars! I own many properties and need a PM that’s responsive and follows up. Luis picks up the phone when you call. He has helped me out and has gone above normal PM responsibilities! He follows up and promptly gets back to you. RPMM is the best PM in Detroit! I highly recommend them.

Nancy is the absolute worst person I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing but attitude and negativity. The house was in rough shape when we first arrived yet they still charged us over $1000 in damages. This company is a scam and Nancy is the biggest scam artist on the team. I would live in a tent at the park before I rented from them again.

We were in talks about renewing our lease, I reached out 45 days before lease end and was told we could renew but would have to pay reapply and pay another dog deposit since this company took over managing the property mid lease, They advised we could renew and that we’re sending “a letter” to protect the owner but we were still free to apply and pay the fees. I asked several times (emails to prove it) what is the pet deposit amount with no answer other than they hadn’t heard from the owner. I called last week to see what was going on, no answer, only to get an email two days later saying

RPM has been nothing short of excellent. They have a true complete team to handle anything i threw at them. I had 1 month to month and 1 new referral tenant. They got all of it done in less than 2 weeks and both were up and running with no problems. This is my first year with and I’ve had great start with them!

The staff at RPM Metro Detroit has been very professional in managing the repair, city inspections and renting of my property. They have been especially helpful since I reside too far away to oversee the issues of owning a rental place. They have been very responsive in repairing the property, getting permits and inspections and renting the property. I highly recommend RPM as property managers.

Real Property Management has managed our rental property for almost 5 years now. Our initial contact was Nancy Nersick and she stills takes care of our account today. Nancy is in touch with us right away when there is a maintenance issues, renters moving, or yearly yard clean up needed. Nancy is always prompt, professional and cares about the owners best interest but also ensures that renters are taken care of.

To say RPM was grossly unprofessional is a complete understatement. You would think a $2,400/month lease would guarantee at least average service - not at all. They made promises and were very nice and pleasant before signing the lease but that literally changed within 24 hours of signing the lease. I have documents and email communication to prove it and will happily do so if they try to discredit this review.
Not only was I unhappy, the landlord was livid about their service as well. If you’re seeing this before signing an agreement either as a tenant or landlord, please run the other way
