Bally's signature services includes herbal mineral bath, grooming of your nails and cuticles, a gentle walnut husk scrub is used to exfoliate the dead skin from your legs and feet, Liquid Body Bar is used to massage and clean your legs and feet with hot stones. Was excited to try this place out but didn’t even get to make it to getting my nails done. I had an appointment and waited over 20 mins with still not getting worked on, it wasn’t busy at all, yet a walk-in started getting serviced immediately. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment?

New to the area and went out for a daughter and mom day to get our nails and toes done and ended up leaving in the middle of the pedicure. Horrible Horrible Horrible I was not paying 80 for pedicures when they rub and massage legs and feet with soap yes it was suds like using body wash and she tried to tell me it was the best product they don’t use oil or lotion cause your legs just absorb it. Well when you try to use hot rocks with soap it feels terrible! Don’t go and waste your time!!! My daughters toes were sloppy and quickly done. Don’t waste your time!!

I called them to tell them that the gentleman that Did my nails a couple weeks before Had put to thin of a layer of the dipping powder on top of my real nails. Mind you I do work in retail and today was my first day off since I got my nails done and I called and asked if they could fix them because they're all breaking and she basically told me I should have come sooner and why did I wait and also that this happens to nails a week and a half after they can break. She basically said they weren't fixing them. The woman that answered the phone was so rude and I have been here more than three

I've gone here a couple of times and they've done a decent job, but one of the nail techs I've had was super fast with my pedicure. I don't mind getting in and out, but he didn't work on my feet long enough. The polish was great though. Went in today and it was so hot. I think their AC is broken. I couldn't bare it, so I left. Might be going back to my original place. These places are a dime a dozen, and this one lately ranks at the bottom of my list.

I have never been to this establishment before. When I came in, I was greeted immediately. I told them what services I wanted and was walked through signing in. I was giving a seat within minutes of arriving. Lee was my text. She cut down my nails, filled, and thin out the acrylic from previous nail job, then finally polish. I must say I'm very satisfied and I will indeed return.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I left 1 star because google won’t let me not put any. My roommate went here to get her nails done and they ripped her off $100 worth. All she wanted was a simple french manicure but the tech refused to do so. After picking something she didn’t want, my roommate was left with the paint sticking to her skin and uneven nails. She begged for the tech to take them off but the tech refused service. At this point she was left to pay $100 for a poorly done manicure and mediocre pedicure. Loved this nail salon as they got a friend and I in service right as we walked in with no appointment. My nail tech was very quick and made sure I got the right design. The place is very clean and the staff is very outgoing! A few of my nails (about 2) came out a little bit thicker and longer than others, but not super noticeable. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Best fingernail shape I've gotten and the dip powder came out so well. But my hands had all the leftover residue from the previous manicure I had and were rough and dry. He literally squirted lotion in my hand and said "rub it in" which seems odd for even a basic manicure 😂 but okay. I paid $105 for dip powder manicure, and gel pedicure with one toenail extension so I would definitely say they are one of the pricier places I've been. Im happy with how my nails look, but I probably will not revisit because it was pricey for the overall experience.

It seems they're rushing without being effective and quality is less than acceptable. Pedicure was one of worst one I ever had in a long time. My feet are not bad except for cuticles on my toes. Well the tech didn't even clean out my toes only cut nails without even smoothing the edges. I went to this place because of the reviews, but pretty disappointed now. I'm giving it a 3 star because the refill was not bad, rushed but average.

One star for the massage they gave me during the pedicure. The rest was awful. I chose a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. The girl that did them polished my nails too fast, with too many layers of polish so it never dried. Anyone who has a Texas cosmetology license should know that. I was taught that in my high school cosmetology class. On top of that, The lady that did my manicure cut my nails different lengths one hand vs the other because my nails are too thin and actually had to ask me if I wanted the other hand trimmed to match. Two of my friends and I went to Cedar Park today (an hour away from where we live) to get our nails done. After trying two nail salons with no luck (due to a lack of availability on a busy saturday morning) we finally found Bally Nails & Spa. They were able to fit in all three of us at once for dip nails! The customer service was great, the man working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. All of our nail technicians were friendly and talented. My only complaint is that the dip powder nail samples were almost a completely different color from what the actual dip looked like on the nails

So I was getting hair done right next door and decided to treat myself and get my nails done. This is hands down one of the best nail salons I've been too. The woman who helped me took such incredible care of my nails as if they were her own. She did an incredible job with the custom design and shape. I can't say enough good things. If you want detailed nails for a great rate, this is your place!

First experience was good! One of the male technicians took his time, trimmed my cuticles and was very gentle. 1 day later, broke a nail. Came in to get it fixed and was seen by someone else. It took 6+ SNS attempts and 2 different techs and it still didn't look right... They rushed me out and seemed annoyed. Thankfully they didn't charge me for the repair. One of the worst experiences I've never had. I'll never be back.

Do not waste your $$$Horrible horrible nails!! Do not waste your time or money..i wanted a translucent color and on the sample nail it looked like that but I ended with a hot pink ..they said it's because the colors are old ..so why are you showing them if they are wrong! Like if that isn't enough my nails are soooo thick they look like helmets Soo annoyed

1st time in today, received a gift card and decided to go before work. I was the only person in there at 1030am. The place is nice, looks clean and had a wanna be vegas decor. Everyone was nice. I had 2 people, they never asked my name or gave me theirs, they just had me pick my mani/pedi option from a dinner like menu and got to work. The gel pedi was good, standard nothing spectacular. I got SNS on my hands, again, just ok, a little spotty in sunlight (it's a but dark in the salon so didn't notice the scratches till I got to work)

This is solely for the pedicure experience. We got Signature one and it was very disappointing. The staff were friendly enough but the pedicure was mediocre at best.
My oldest daughter gets a pedicure about every two years so I was really looking forward to treating her to a relaxing experience
They didn't massage our feet at all and did bare minimum with the hot stones. The lady also didn't check temperature on the spray and scalded my leg - I can take hot water but this was like boiling hot sprayed all on my leg

7/15/19 Update: came back after loving my first visit (see original review below). This time I tried a pedicure too. Big mistake. Tools are not sanitized, the lady who did my pedi seemed like this was her first one ever. She was sweet, but did not even try and trim around the sides of my nails. I had to ask twice for her to look for in-growns, which is not something I have to ask for elsewhere. The water was luke-warm, the massage chair was mediocre, and the pedicure took forever (though I had hot stones and paraffin, by the time we got to that point I was over it). Where do I begin? This salon is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly, total WIN-WIN! I am picky about my nails, from shape to wear and everything in between And Janny at Bally is a homerun, her technique and professionalism are head and shoulders above the rest. Bally is my go to and I highly recommend them!

First time here and wanted to try it out after seeing reviews. The shape isn't what I wanted at all, but was told it was because coffin nails needed to be very long. My nails were too long and not coffin like at all when they were finished. I just didn't have the heart to say anything because I'm passive. My friends pushed me to go back as I paid good money to have my nails done and should be happy with them. So then I went back later the same day and get them filed down as the length was too much for me as I type all day for work. That's when this happened the missing color

This was the second time I visited this location. The first time I just received an pedicure and my daughter got her nails done. It went well. So we decided to come back and give it another go.
I brought my 3 daughters with me. Twin 12yr olds and my youngest whom is 6. I requested a mani/pedi with a paraffin dip for my feet as its one of my favorite things about getting my toes done. My twin daughters get sns on there nails. They have very long natural nails and like to have that extra security the sns provides from breakage.

I wish I could rate this salon better. But the fact is their nail techs aren't properly educated on how to use the products they're using on their customers. I got a $30 Gelish gel manicure on Saturday and she soaked my nails in water. If you read the manufacturers instructions on how to use Gelish products, it says to do a 'dry manicure'. That means you don't soak the nail. Otherwise, the water-logged nail bed doesn't hold the gel polish on well. Sure enough, it's Tuesday and I got my nails done Saturday - the edges of the polish are already peeling off of my
