Great quality nails SNS, and they last a long time.

I went to this place 3 months ago. The lady told me she would help me with my nail since it was ingrown. Not only did she make it worse but my nail has been infected ever since. I am in so much pain and will probably have to go to an specialist. I payed about 60 dollars for a manicure, a pedicure and an infected nail. DO NOT GO HERE.
My nails looked beautiful but trust me, I am still paying for it.

I love this salon! It's quiet and clean. If you come during the week there is hardly a wait. They always do a great job on my pedicure. They have a great little kids chair and we're so great with my daughter during her first pedicure. She loved it!!

I love coming to get my lashes done by Lyna! She listens to what her clients are wanting and delivers every time. I wanted a voluminous look and I can't stop looking at my lashes. Getting so many compliments all day! Thanks for making me feel beautiful Lyna :)

I love coming to Mirada. I've been a customer for several years and usually only go in the summer because I'm a flip flop fanatic. Over the past year I have been treating myself to gel manicures. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Nina is amazing but I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience here. I'm hard on my nails so there have been occasions where the polish peeled off quickly. When I've gone in for a repair they've jumped on it and taken excellent care of me.

I got my lip and eyebrows waxed, as a cosmetology student you it's ILEGAL to use the SAME stick to wax, as I'm sitting there watching the lady use the same stick to wax my brows and lip. Not okay thats

One of the best nail salons I've encountered. The ladies are sweet and will make sure you get what you asked for. Also, perfect place to get your lashes done. Ask for Lyna! She'll take care of you. Went to Amazing Lash Studio prior to Mirada and the extensions ended up stuck to one another and several of my real lashes were fell out so quick. Lyna minimized the damage done to my lashes and put a new set that complimented my eyes and the length was just what I wanted. It was much better quality and I was more than satisfied.

I've been going here for 7 years and have 0 complaints! The staff is always so friendly and engaging and do such a great job! The pedicures are fenomenal and they use great smelling products and they do a clean job. The manicures do take awhile sometimes but it's oh so worth it!! The acrylic lasts 3 weeks and are so strong!! Love the place and I hate going anywhere else! They also do a great job waxing!!

I walked out with smudged nails, raw hands, and poorly filed nails. They also over charged me, compared to the quoted price. Don"t waste your money, there are substantially better salons out there.

Tried giving the pedicure another shot and was their first customer on a Sunday afternoon. When I told the lady that I only wanted the basic choice I could tell she got disappointed... but it still took an hour and that was supposed to be "quick" which is why I chose the basic in the first place!

Lovely experience! Very relaxing and amazing pedicure with foot scrub and massage. I'll definitely be back. Technician was kind, sweet and gentle.

I was hoping to get a better pedicure. The young lady doing my pedicure didn't even check the sides of my nails, even after I asked her to look at them. My corner nails tend to grow in ward. I think I will try a different place.

I have been going to Mirada Nails for over 4 years. I was always pleased with the service and quality of work... However, since Tiffany (previous manager) is no longer there, it has been awful. The young lady answered her personal phone seven times and spent more attention to it than my gel pedicure. I finally.told her I had another appointment and would she please FINISH my nails. She acted as if nothing was wrong at all. When it came time, finally, to pay, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager doesn't speak much English, so it was difficult to talk to her. Nice ladies here but not very detailed in their work. This is my second visit. The first visit was ok but some of the edges of my nails were sloppy. But today was much worse. I got a new full set and ended up with one nail that looks like it broke off diagonal on the right side. And to top it off she left a blotch of gel nail color on the tip of my finger.

She did offer to change the color tomorrow if I came back but they were rushing so fast to try and get out of there by closing time that there was no offer to fix it today. I arrived 2 hours before closing so there should've been plenty

Pedicure was done well and staff are very friendly. Facility is slightly worn down and massage chair did not work.

I was getting my nails done for prom (just a simple French tip) and the lady was clearly sooo rushed. She filed my nails unevenly, painted them slightly crooked, and didn't wait until they were dry to paint the clear red (which she forgot on my right thumb!) so there's some visible white streaks in my nails. To top it all off, she didn't even remove all of the nail polish from the last time I did my nails so now there's several flecks of gold in what is supposed to be the clear part of the nail. This was the absolute work place I have ever been to. The customer service was awful. The lady doing my pedicure took multiple personal phone calls while doing my pedicure. And then the girl doing my manicure was talking to the lady doing my pedicure the majority of the time. If I could give no starts I would. I have gone multiple times in the past two months and have never been completely satisfied but I kept wanting to give them a chance. Every time I have gone in, I have had a different tech which is no problem at all. Hey! My name is Ashlie and I've been going to mirada since I was 14. I'm now 24 and it's still the only place I go to. The front is always so clean and tidy. I always get compliments on my nails and how thin they are. Every other place friends and family have taken me can't compare. Stephanie is my favorite, but they all do very well! Everyone complaining about them being on their phones and being "unprofessional" are such cry babies. I love the family vibe I get from the ladies here, so I guess maybe I feel close enough to not complain when they take a call. It's a salon, not a doctors office

Been going here to see Vicki for a few years now. I followed her from another a salon and have to say I love this place. Vicki does incredible nails! No lifting, no breaking and she is quick. Very clean salon and professional.

I was in the shopping center where Mirada's is located and thought I would try them out. I was a walk in and they sat my right away. Jenny was great but on the slow side. The salon itself was not the cleanest place around and I agree with the other reviews bout the UPSALE. I am a big girl and know what I want, I really don't need you to try to tell me what you want to give me. No, I don't want a wax. No, I don't was upgrades and my nails. No, I don't want you to pull my nails off and start all over( WHY would I want that )

I have been coming here for years. I do not even have to choose a specific staff member, because I love them all. They always do a great job and take their time. Everyone is always friendly. I have never walked out of this place unhappy with the results. I have tried to go to other places because bc they do get busy, but I always regret it and come back. I would recommend this place to anyone! My husband and I both love coming here, and I do not see us switching anytime soon!

They're extremely friendly here, which is a big plus, and my pedicure and gel mani turned out just fine, but I wasn't impressed with the salon itself, or the cleanliness. It was very much an OK experience.

They're quite bad with the upsell, too. Asking me for this and that all through the service, including a pointed look at my eyebrows before asking if I wanted a wax. Um, just got them threaded but thanks for trying to guilt me into paying for more stuff.

I came here for a pedicure, and had a good experience. I've had a slightly better experience at a salon down at Anderson and 183, hence only 4 stars, but Mirada was still good.

The salon was busy and bustling, but they still managed to get me in on a same-day appointment, and they were right on time. The massage chair was great -- although no one explained to me how to use it, so I didn't figure it out until halfway through the pedicure and ended up sitting in a slightly uncomfortable position for half the experience (I'm 9 months pregnant, so getting comfy is crucial!).

I have been to dozens of nail salons and have received hundreds of pedis; this is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had.
- I was not greeted when I came in. I had to stand awkwardly for five minutes until I finally spoke up.
- The prices are not plainly displayed--you have to hunt them down. Sketchy and unprofessional.
- The pedicurist was taking personal calls for the ENTIRE duration of my pedicure. At one point when I tried to get her attention, she held up a "please wait" finger. Again, unprofessional.
- Entirely overpriced. A manicure is $38 is ridiculous--and $15 extra for shellac
