Armando called to let me know he was running late, but caught up and arrived on time. He treated the interior and exterior of my apartment for ants. He took time to explain the chemicals he used and where best to apply them. The work is warrantied for 60 days and I am confident he will make it right, if necessary.
Also, he did not pressure me for 3 month contracts like the national companies did. Much appreciated.

I've used / worked with Henry and PCC to address mice twice over the last two years in a rental home. Always professional, knowledgeable, helpful and effective. You can't go wrong, especially since he offers to come back in two weeks to address any lingering issues as part of your payment.

Armando came out the same day of me calling him. It was on New Years day on top of that!!Tenants just moved in my rental property to find bed bugs!!! Although my property was border line of Indiana and it was a Holiday there were no extra charge. He took the time to explain in detail about the problem and solution. He offered me a discount as well, which I truly appreciate since this came as a complete surprise, his Partner Henry is just as nice and my tenants trust them!! Highly recommend them!!!

Armando and his team were wonderful. I called because I saw a mouse in the house. After a quick phone consultation, they were at my house within the hour-prepared to take actionable steps right away and with plans for follow up in the future. I had an infestation of carpenter ants in one of my bedrooms. Because this is a holiday weekend, I thought no one would be available for the job. I called and I spoke with Armando. I was not exactly sure whether they were ants or termites so Armando suggested that I take pics and text them to him. He told me that these were ants and the reason why it occurred. I scheduled an appointment that day and Armando showed up several hours early and explained the process step by step. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The price was great and he also exterminated my basement for spiders
