Office goes around trying to find petty things to fine people for while residents have cars that wake the entire complex up and nothing is ever done about it. There was a shootout in the parking lot by one of its residents and the complex never acknowledged it or even said anything about it. It costs a lot to live here and the environment is subpar. They don’t keep up with the dumpster and it’s always overflowing. The water charges are highly suspect. The difference in price varies wildly each month and doesn’t make sense

Abberly Chase is a great place to live. Maintenance is great, very professional and the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood is awesome. Amenities are kept in wonderful shape and if there are any problems a prompt response is given. Love living here, would highly recommend!

Renter beware. We rented in this apartment complex for 2 months while our home was being built. We gave our 60 day notice and paid by check the total for those two months in full . The check was cashed on April 2nd that was for the two months and on April 3rd the y took out 1200 and again May 1st they took out $1200 rent payment for the month of May ( which we did not owe) . When questioned about the money they said -oh , that was a mistake and we would be getting a check in the mail within 2-3 weeks! They went into our account and took money illegally as we had closed our online account at the

We love this apartment complex, it’s our second time back with them and we have had the opportunity to experience four different apartment units. We keep coming back because the maintenance team here is awesome and very responsive to all our needs. These guys work so hard to keep this place looking nice and operating smoothly. Very professional and friendly, we have always had great experiences and low stress in our comfortable accommodations. Lived here for over 3 years and enjoyed it over all. Office staff is nice, accommodating and host great events. Maintenance is prompt and I have never had to wait long to get an issue resolved. Amenities are pretty nice and well taken care of. I have lived in 2 different style apartments and was disappointed in the two bedroom we rented. It smelt of cigarette smoke which we were not informed of before move in. Carpet and vinyl floors were not in good condition which they were kind enough to make us aware of and we were fine with it as long as they had it in writing that we were not responsible

One of the best places I've ever resided in. The community overall was great, friendly neighbors and staff. Has facilities where you can wash your car, plenty of space for walking your dog. Some of the downsides of staying here, upon applying, the leasing consultant I spoke with was fairly new and the numbers I was told up front did not match the quote after the fact. After my lease was up, I waited for the allotted time for me to receive my final statement and my security deposit. Lived here about two years and loved every moment of it. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Rent is very reasonable with everything you get. Great pool, and gym. If I ever had an issue their maintenance crew was always on top of it. Their office staff is also very friendly and helpful. There is also a lot of parking available, and they offer garages. The apartments are spacious, with their own washer and dryer. Plus a garden tub and screened porches. Doesn't get better then that.

My apartment is literally full of bugs constantly. My dog has never had a flea in his life and now has flees. The apartments are made like junk. Countertops are garbage, like the cheapest countertop possible. Paint is cheap. And the 9" crown molding is literally crown molding with paint. The bath tubs are nice, minus the mold that falls out every time water splashes it. When I complain about being bitten all night by fleas or bugs, I was told I'd be charged $50. crazy. None of my appliances have ever worked properly. Fan was falling off upon move in. Mold covering under my sink. No one
