I was visiting a friend and the apartments are so nasty on the outside. these apartments need a good power washing. The apartments has abandoned cars in parking lot and you have to park so far to walk to the apartment building. let’s not get started on how dark it is at night! none of the pole lights work.

I have lived here for four years. Made rent payment on line. They took out two payments instead of one. We told them of sue. They would not fix issue and charged me a return check fee anyway even though they got their rent. Management is rude and does nothing. You get to pay for their mess ups.

I was highly considering this place but the apartment tour was extremely unwelcoming. They gave me the apartment keys, told me to get back in my car and drive to the apartment by myself and look around. No one showed me the community amenities either. They said this is because of Covid but the tour was bad and was a complete turn off for a new guest. The staff should try to figure out a way to make guests feel more welcome on a tour.

This is a beautiful apartment complex in a quiet community which makes it very appealing. This is my second time living at Cypress Cove actually as I was throughly impressed with the service received during my first occupancy. I came back in February for a 7 month lease term. In July I contacted the office stating that I would like to do a month to month lease as I was going to Virginia for several months and wasn't sure if I would come back to Mobile. The office staff told me the additional charge for a month to month lease would be a $100 and that a new lease would be placed on my door to

Moved in the 1st of the month. Everything has been great. From the 1st contact with the leasing agent Jessica to the apartment and grounds. Very clean and quiet. Had a maintenance issue, they jumped right on it.

I've been living here for over several years. I think the management is sort of rude and extremely rigid. I emailed the office for an early notification of the renewal of the lease and supposed that I could get the $300 rewards as promised. But the office said the lease cannot be renewed due to a certain issue. That issue was NOT my fault. Though I got to sign the lease afterwards, I never got any rewards.
Another event I wanna post here was the noise from the neighbor. The neighbor had been good for a pretty long time until one day there was heavy-metal music AT NIGHT, starting from 9.pm to midnight

We moved into Cypress October of last year. Things started off great until we got our downstairs neighbor the week of Thanksgiving. After that, things went downhill. My husband worked graveyard shift and wouldn’t get home until 2 am. Our downstairs neighbor woke us up everyday banging around his weights and gym equipment at 5 am. We reported him several times to management over the span of three months and nothing was ever done. Our neighbor STILL persisted to work out early every morning. He finally left last week. Just when we thought the worst was over, our upstair neighbors moved in and even

I get so aggravated at people that have glass bottles at the pool now because of them the pool is closed! Rules says no class now we suffer because apparently someone can’t read

I highly suggest to not invest your money or time into this apartment complex. They allow other tenants to have pets and not pay the fee or check their unit when you report pets being seen and heard when a office employee has mentioned they do not have pets listed on their lease. If you call the office and complain about constant noise from the unit above you, all she ask is "what do you want me to do about it?" Do not waste your time here, go somewhere where they will respect all their tenants.

Of all apartments I've lived at, this is the best one, by far. Everything is very well kept and the maintenance staff is awesome. We moved to Mobile from a different state and got in touch with one of the leasing agents, Maggie. She made sure everything was a smooth transition so we didn't have to stay in a hotel before we could move in. She had excellent customer service and was a huge help to us. For anyone interested in moving into the unit, she's the one to get in touch with!

My daughter and I lived at Cypress Cove for seven years and I can truthfully say it was incredible. The gym, pool, business center, Dog park, the car wash station were all awesome. Our AC went out once on a Sunday when it was in the 90s. They sent a maintenance technician out and had it fixed in less than two hours. I was impressed and cool. The landscaping and flowers are always beautiful. The maintenance guys were always quick to respond even for a light bulb change. Staff was always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Cypress Cove!

I been here almost 3.5 years. I had issue with mold in August. They sent Delta to come in to fix the problem. Here it is October, not even 2 months and guess what? mold again.. My child is sick as we speak and now i need to check on myself cause im having issues myself. I will not be renewing my lease. They lie too much and someone supposed to have came to fix the problem again. I havent seen these people yet, and I cant wait until January to leave this apartment complex... I have called to make an complaint with the health department, but they gave me another number to contact and i am waiting

Maintenance, pest control, management is new and very helpful. They don't get a 5 for their lack of control on the parking area. You can't park in front of your own unit to carry groceries for tenants from other buildings parking in front of your unit. Cars with expired tags like this place is a junk yard. Pouring rain and the tenant from the building behind parks his work and personal trucks so that they take 3 spaces, you can't open your car door to get out and makes an 87 year old man walk across the lot trying to get groceries in. They should make one spot on the curb marked

Be forewarned in this era of extreme corporate criminal activity you will be "shook down" by a variety of con games while being lied to. Only until you gain light towards the acknowledgement that this won't be aright "fit". Thank G_d I came to my senses. I'm forwarding an initial complaint to the Attorney General, I suggest all who have been the victim of multiple credit pulls and ridiculous fees do the same.

Cypress cove will try to get as much money out from you as they can. They are not honest what so ever. My appliances constantly quit working. For the amount of rent they make you pay it is not worth it.

Having been here for some time I've yet to experience these 'surprise fees' folks are mentioning, even with having put in my fair share of ridiculous maintenance requests.
Cypress Cove is a lovely place to live. Sealy's put many thoughtful details into the place. The grounds are (above all) safe. The property is set some distance from the main road, so you don't hear or see anything of the city. There are roses and magnolias planted everywhere, so the view from your room is always pretty. Maintenance is efficient and reliable, and the layout of the apartments themselves

Please don't move in here. Between their unfriendly attitude, which only manifested itself after we moved in, to their surprise fees for everything, which they change arbitrarily, it wasn't the best experience living here. Their prices are rather high for mobile, and don't include things like a washer and dryer or the ability to paint your walls, unlike most other apartments complexes in the area. The front gate was broken for weeks on end at least 3 times in the year and a half I lived there. Don't count on the "24 hour maintenance" they provide. If you have any housing

Working a temporary job and lodging was arranged for me here. They office was extremely friendly and assisted me in the move-in process. They made it simple. They gave me the grand tour of the complex. The apartment is large, and comfortable, it in my case is a commercial rental so it is fully furnished and the decor is excellent. It is a gated apartment community, and has security as well. Nothing but good to say about it.
