I put in an application with the application fee (like $500). I moved from Wisconsin and while on my drive down to Aventura - the manager (DAVID) called and told me that they had a squatter in my unit and they would call me back… and they never called back and I didn’t get my deposit back… be careful when working with this management team as they are scammers.

I have lived here for a year and it is has been the worst experience. There are dog feces everywhere always…building does not help with anything. I have contacted them about the dog issues nothing is ever done. Building is never clean, the people that work there do not help, thinking of breaking my least can’t wait to get out. Renters beware! The leasing team are way far from being professional, i paid deposit of $275, and after moving from Orlando to get my keys and move in, the apartment was booked online for another people, had to book hotel for couple of days and pay more than $500. Without any sense every team member was blaming each other and couldn’t get my apartment. Long story short they promised to refund my $275, but they never had, after emails back and forth, now they don’t reply to my emails, text messages, or phone calls. I visited twice with empty offices. I’m going to the police to help me get my money back, they

Lazul has top of the line amenities, modern apartments, and friendly staff who are ready to help. They were quick to respond to all my calls and emails, and were even available on a Saturday. The staff and mostly for the maintenance manager called Enrique is useless. the building has been in poor conditions for a few months since the biggest problem lately has been the garbage since they are not doing the process of removing it from the hallways of the floors and this is bringing unpleasant odors and insects around the garbage chute and also the trash dumpsters located in the first floor.
This building needs a good management that cares about the residents. people deserve to live in good conditions
