I must say I'm very impressed with Shoreline at Sole Mia rental community. I've been here for about 1 & 1/2 years and the staff is very professional and it's a great place to live.**Great great location, nice floor to ceiling windows with impeccable views of the lagoon, city, or evergreen trees from the Oleta River Park.

I love it here! It’s our second year and we have no complaints. The concierge, leasing staff and maintenance are all top notch. The amenities and location are great. My husband and I love it. The view from my balcony is breathtaking. I work from home and it’s a great place to live and work. No complaints. Keep up the great work!

So I actually planned to lease an apt here and I’m only leaving a review for the owner to see. I am going to pass strictly by reading these reviews about management and how horrible it is. The other reason I am also passing is because your responses are empty and cookie cutter. There was no attempt to resolve any of them by your comment responses.

The leasing office are lack of responsibility.
I have been get in touched with Jennifer and waiting for her response for 5 days. And today, I called the office again, someone told me that she is on the break, and she didn’t forward my file to anyone of the team. I wouldn’t notice this if I didn’t not call the leasing office. Also my interest of moving in is the end of DEC 2020, someone told me she will be back on the end of DEC 2020, again if I don’t call the office, I am application for this apt would not been able to submit until my moving in day.

The office staff at The Shoreline at Sole Mia has been attentive to the requests/ needs I've had & any issue has been handled in a timely manner. The residents here have all seemed friendly & inviting. Everyone says "Hello" with a smile on their face which is a sign of a good community.
Amenities are amazing and Location beats all with Target & Costco literally next door! Overall, I've enjoyed living at The Shoreline more than I have at any other rental property!
