The apartments are nice a lil old. The complex is very quite overall nice place to stay and for older people or military in my opinion. The rent office is so mean and nasty never on the same page with corporate or property manager smh. They had people or maintenance call tow truck on people all the time for being in visitors or non numerical parks. Overall it was a terrible experience. The worse part for me is them not fixing anything in a timely order well at all to be honest. Also they’ve change management so many times no one is aware is what’s going on smh !! A year of unsatisfying events

So, where do I begin???? I lived at this complex from 2003-2005, this is why I chose to move back. I loved the old world vibe, and the location was perfect for work. Price was good! Then I came in contact with the Leasing Office.
The day I signed my lease, they did not have their act together, at all! After spending over an hour in the Office signing everything, the then Manager discloses my apartment "isn't quite ready". Garbage disposal still had not been replaced, broken sliding glass door, bar lights held up by zipties, light fixture not working, on and on and on!

They declined my application because of an 8 year old misdemeanor public intoxication charge. My charge has never been a problem when I’ve applied for apartments in the past. I’d be less disappointed by my experience with this company if they would have disclosed that I could be rejected for a nonviolent misdemeanor before I spent fifty dollars for the application fee. Even before I applied, they had a few apartments and townhomes listed as being available or available within the next few months, but if you called to inquire, they said they were all leased up. I wouldn’t recommend them at

Completely dissatisfied with the customer service at this property . They are completely false advertising on Multiple websites stating that they have units available and when you call them they state there are all “leased” up and there’s none left . Their actual Website also states they have units available which is NOT TRUE .Not only they take so long to respond to potential customers, I have contacted them numerous times about this and they stated there is none available until recently I called I was told there was one available coming up and that the property manager will contact me back
