I've been a resident here since 2005. The management, the maintenance staff, and the facilities are outstanding. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable friendly, and caring. There were several cleanliness and maintenence issues at move in, which were at least addressed about a month after the fact. Alex, the maintenance guy, is lovely! He does a great job explaining exactly what it is he's going to do help you out, and helped me feel much more at ease while he was repairing things.

I lived here for a year I find a this a pleasant place to call home the office staff is great friendly and helpful maintenance gets your repairs done quickly the neighbors are nice the grounds are very nice lots of deer running through if you are looking for a great place to live that reasonable you should check them out.

I’ve lived her the past 4 years! I’ve had no issues with the complex but the higher electric bill! I’ve encounters some health issues within the last year or so and the manager, Courtney is a BIG help! They work with you as long as your are straight up! I wouldn’t know what to do if I didn’t have her support and understanding! I would like recommend if you are looking to be close to 28th and amenities! 💯❤️

I have lived at Arrowhead for 3 years and have been very satisfied with the office manager (Courtney), office staff and repair team. The community in general is friendly, wonderfully diverse and very animal friendly. This is a great place for those looking for a quiet community with staff that really care and try their best to help. Thank you!

Out of the 5 different apartments I've had in the past 7 years, Arrowhead was by far the worst experience I've had. Besides the $200+ monthly heating bills for small, 1 bedroom apartment I received November - March, management does nothing to provide safety and comfort for its residents. A list of unacceptable living conditions I encountered during my 16 month lease:
1. Fiancee's car was stolen from parking lot. Arrowhead has no security cameras, and management refused to even send out an email to residents to help us retrieve the vehicle
2. Management does not address noise complaints. Neighbor

After a ten month lease here I am sad to be leaving this one bedroom apartment! I've never had any issues and if I did I always see maintenance around. Private patio and walkway to your door, no one above or below you so it was a quiet complex which is a huge plus to me, AND you're not going to be smelling your neighbors dinner. Neighbors are… friendly. Great layout for space + storage room IN unit you can hook up a washer and dryer in. Only thing I didn't care for was the shared washer and dryer room (in another building), smaller washer and dryer never fully drys. But there's a laundromat

If you are trying to be smart with money, do not live here! Your electricity bill will be through the roof, and you'll have to forgo buying groceries when your bill comes! We opted not to run the heat and risk hypothermia rather than run the heat because their systems are incredibly outdated. There is no thermostat, only high heat, low heat, high cool, or low cool. The apartment is nice, but the electricity bill completely ruins it. I can't wait to be done in a month!
