I have worked with ADG for 3+ years. I have purchased, sold and rented out properties with them. They make it easy and are always available to answer your questions. I tell them what I am looking for. They send photos and info. I have purchased properties sight unseen and have been very happy with the outcome. They send out inspectors, giving you more than enough information to make a sound decision. All the workers are friendly and accommodating.
I have recommended ADG to several of my friends and they are very happy with them too.

Very rarely leave reviews. But if I can help someone avoid what I went through, then it's worth it. Rented from ADG for two years. They are very nice and amazingly easy to work with while being a tenant. The only issue is they promise things that are not true.
When we moved out; they did not provide us with our move-in prior damages sheet, did not send an invoice sheet of damages, and arrived before our inspection time. My girlfriend and I were looking for a new apartment and Paul was extremely rude, and unprofessional. It's a shame because the rental business in the city is not doing too well. Wouldn't you go above and beyond for the customers? I asked to view another property and he claimed he could not show the property because it did not have a lockbox, lying real estate agent and practices discrimination

I never leave bad reviews but Paul Pineda is the worst realtor we ever needed to deal with. The other man at the company we spoke to was nice but, he is SARCASTIC UNTRUSTWORTHY and LIES. How he got his license is beyond my comprehension. Save yourself the headache. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am sharing this review to warn others about ADG Realty. My interaction with the realtor who represented this company was dubious, and I am relating my experience to make others aware of his conduct.
I contacted Paul Pineda to look into viewing a luxury property I was interested in seeing. I told them that I was an entrepreneur from outside of the US and enquired what I would need as a foreign national to rent the property. The realtor informed me I needed proof of ID, SSN, Income, and my rental history. The agent also said that my passport would serve as proof of my identification.

Mr. Derek Miyano and his entire team has provided a 5+ star experience. I live in Hawai’i which has a time difference that had no impact to the progress of our transaction. If you're about to rent the property That is manage by this realty check your credit score sure you got a 600+ credit score no collection of any sort even if the collection is not related to any property if fiction save your $50 and do not do it Even if you're not the primary renter it does not matter

Clogged toilet. Attempted Liquid Plummer and plunger myself but cannot unclog.
1. I called April Yoo and the ADG office - could only leave message on cellphone and with secretary.
2. Did not receive call back. Called back myself only to be told by the secretary that I had to put in an online maintenance request in the renter portal.
3. I asked the secretary why she didn't tell me that to begin with - I could have waited all day - calling back late in the afternoon only to be told this.
4. It could have been a family with children with the clogged toilet.
5. What if the family did not have

A friend told me about these folks and I am so grateful! Derek and his staff are a class act! Allyson Ashihara is great to work with and has been a treasure in managing our rental property! She lets us know what's going on and follows up / resolves problems quickly. Both the tenant and ourselves are lucky to have her.
