This florist was great! I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary and we were staying in Kaanapali. I was helped by Michele, the owner. The display of tropicals was awesome. My wife loved them... One cool thing this order had was a couple of smaller displays called satellites... My wifed loved these as she moved them around the condo and had fun playing with them. Kapalua Florist Rocked!

Spectacular arrangements with above and beyond customer service!
We stayed at Kaanapali for 10 days to celebrate my wife's birthday and enjoy the islands. I ordered a number of arrangements and gift baskets online before leaving the mainland.
Prior to arriving on the island, Michele contacted me to discuss the order and made some suggestions to adjust my original order that ended up costing less, but greatly enhanced the end result.
Michele set up the arrangements in our rented condo ahead of time to surprise my wife. Ozan's artistic arrangements exceeded the beauty of the online photos

I live on the mainland and ordered same-day delivery for a friend in Kapalua. Very responsive via their inquiry form on their website. Was able to communicate the order via email and Venmo - I did not even have to pick up the phone. Their flowers and product are excellent and my experience ordering was 5-stars.

It was a pleasure working with Kapalua Florist in creating a gift basket and Leis. The florist worked with me on short notice through emails. This florist was awesome! We were coming to Hawaii on our anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife. They were able to work on helping me deliver to our rental unit before our arrival, and went above and beyond to overcome the challenges of delivering to our resort. The arrangement was stunning and my wife loved it. Highly recommend it and will definitely use them on future trips!

You will get beautiful flowers and leis, of course, but even more you will get truly personal service from Michelle and Ozan, the proprietors., who are truly kind good people. You just can't go wrong here, they exhibit true aloha in words and deeds. What a rare find to have all that in a floral shop right here in Upper West Maui! Mahalo Michelle and Ozan, she was in tears at the beauty of the lei, but even more about your kindness!!

My parents went to Maui for their retirement trip. It just happened to be over Mother's Day, so I wanted to sent some tropical flowers. I called Kapalua Florist from Google. I was a little nervous that the flowers would look as pictures, but I had nothing to fear! My mom sent pics and even a video of the flowers--they were gorgeous and exactly as described. She said they smelled fantastic too.

I live in California and my very best friend moved to Maui. Since due to COVID we couldn't celebrate her 60th Birthday I wanted to do something special for her. I picked Kapalua Flowers based on the pictures of their tropical arrangements. I chose the large tropical and was assured that it would be if not the same but close to it. In fact it was breathtaking when my girlfriend sent me a picture. Her husband sent me photos of the other arrangements she received from other florists and said that the one from Kapalua Flowers was the most beautiful. Not only did it exceed my expectation

My mother in law had unplanned major surgery a few weeks ago and because of COVID-19 we couldn't be there for her recovery or her birthday.

Kapalua Florist is the best. We renewed our wedding vows and had them make flower arrangements for our dinner and we ordered the most beautiful leis. Our table arrangements are still beautiful 10 days later. I have attached a picture. These owners and Florist making the arrangements are wonderful people and the arrangements in that shop are magnificent.
I cannot recommend them enough. I am sure you won't be disappointed and their prices are very fair.
