Only thing that got it two stars is the roof over my head and the moderately cheap rent. It takes weeks for them to complete a maintenance request and the trash dump builds far too long in the FRONT of the complex and reeks... also there are roaches even thought we pay for pest control each month... one you tell them it’ll still be WEEKS before they take care of the situation.. And yes there are dozens of mangy cats probably hanging around because of the dumpster. Most of the management workers are nice but the management system all together does a cruddy job.

Nice but expensive. They also have low toilets lol. I felt like i was in an elementary school bathroom. Could use more lighting at end of the breezeway also very dark behind the building. Standing on the patio thats on the back of the building is scary bc the patio light only lights the patio. If something ran towards you then you wouldnt see it until its too late 🤷🏾

First off the apartments are nice but the staff, maintenance crew and whoever own them are trash. They can never keep an office manager, revolving door. Renae is a liar and scam artist, she told me she lied to me. Put me in the wrong apartment and had me live in mold for 4 months. Dishwasher doesn’t work, mold in refrigerator and my ac compressor went out. But supposedly they did a walk thru. They try to add on bills that never existed. First I was told Ga Power then I was told I must pay a 3rd party bill thru the apt company for water gas n light, which was never stated in the contract. I would
