Hands down the best cheap non-low-income apartments for miles!
To be honest, there are many valid complaints about these apartments like poorly maintained amenities, slow response to issues, occasionally frustrating encounters with the management, the unsafe area, etc. but to me that's exactly what I expect at this price point. I'm not paying top dollar for the best service in the world, I'm paying the bare minimum for rent and management does the bare minimum to keep the wheels turning and to me that's perfectly fine B- job.

Just moved out of Glen at north creek apts. Had to move to a bigger place since my Granddaughter moved in with me. I absolutley loved my apt. and never had a problem with the management or the maintenance staff. Even my neighbors were great! My first choice was to actually move to a 2 or 3 bedroom there but because Im in a wheelchair I'm limited to stairs and layout, etc. It was a great place to be the last 4 years! Thank you G.A.N.C.

If only I can give this place Zero Stars on the way this place is run. How the hell do you say “hey we are going to hold this apartment so you can look at it” then turn around and lease it, not call me or any contact And thought it would be ok to show us the place we lost to consider other versions. We came all this way. For nothing.
They even said "well you can still apply!! You might get it!" What the hell??? I hope the owner sees this and fix this problem but seeing the already reviews I doubt it.

During this entire horrendous winter snow storm of 2019, the maintenance men, Tyler and Seth , have kept all the walkways shoveled clear of snow. These young men have been working very hard clearing paths and the lower stairs since the beginning of the storms over a week ago. I can walk my dog feeling safer not to slip on ice. Tyler and Seth deserve a Bonus! Thank you both so much. I'm a very happy tenant at Glen at North Creek.

I don't know where to start, there's too many great things! I've lived in apartments for two decades and this is by far my favorite place of residence. The maintenance staff, Tyler and Seth, work tirelessly to ensure all requests are completed promptly and to keep the property clean and running well! Thank you both, you're fantastic!
The management. Clarissa and Jamie, are also amazing! They're always on top of things and provide superb service! Any time I've needed a document, a package, a special time for a maintenance request, or anything it has been taken care of with immediate attention.

This place is a joke. If I could have put 0 stars I would have. The pathetic maintenance guy Tyler doesn’t know what he is doing. The new person in the office is extremely rude and I’m not the only one who thinks so. The noise coming from the neighbor upstairs was never addressed and only got worse since she lies about it and is silent when her boyfriend is home in the weekends. I’m so glad to be moving SO GLAD. I’d think twice before moving here unless you like dealing with standoffish rude people in charge of your living experience. Good luck in your search. 😉

While the area is not always ideal, I do feel that the team taking care of the tenants and property at The Glen are stellar!!!!
They continue to work towards improving their part of our community and create value for it. I see the difference and appreciate it very much.
