Our new brand not only has personal training and small group fitness but also nutrition coaching and step by step fitness solutions for a better lifestyle. My goal is to find the most effective way that we can help our community see huge changes in their fitness, and enjoy the process.

We know a huge hurdle for many people is getting comfortable in the gym, and finding the right workout program that works for them. That's why we've developed programs to take away all of the confusion of where to start, and what to do when you're looking to make a change in your fitness. This all starts with our Small Group Training.

I've been a member of Circuit Fitness for a year now and the atmosphere is always inviting. The trainers John and Rex are knowledgable, approachable and will assist in accommodating your fitness goals. This is an everyday guy/gal gym but they have the equipment for more advanced Gymrats as well.

Best little gym in Texas!!! Has everything you need for your workout in a much smaller setting than the big chain gyms. The guys that run the gym are super friendly, personable and very helpful. They know each of their customers by name. I’ve been a member of this gym for 7 years and I’ll be a member for life.

Best gym. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Owner knows you on a first name basis. There during the day and will answer questions or offer tips. Great place. Great people.

This gym is amazing. Smaller so not many people but plenty of machines and accessories needed to workout. Clean and open 24/7. Trainers here are amazing and will make workout plans for you and such. They do everything they can to help you reach your goal!

My 5 star is based on the 2 guys that run the gym, very professional, super polite and really care about their customers! I could have chosen any gym I wanted but fairly doubt they know each customer by their name.Very private clean and private gym. Plus it's very close to my home!
