Lived here about 3 and a half years, and out of the blue they wanted to change the pay for my apartment which is usually standard per year at an apartment complex.
What wasn’t standard was the amount they wanted to increase within that span.
I was told starting 2022 my monthly rent for a 2 bedroom apartment which has been 1,400$ is now being put at 2,500 due to “market value”.
Terrible but safe to say they won’t be staying in business long with prices like that for mediocre apartments that can be found in any other city with the same quality.

We would like to personally thank our leasing agent Amy along with her co-workers Jessica and Brianna for their support and guidance during our move in process. In addition, the Supervisors were also part of helping us get accepted. We walked into the office on a Sunday after visiting our brother and sister in-law. We fell in love with their townhome because it had everything we were looking for. Our experience with all of the staff has been amazing. Everyone on staff is patient and thorough. This includes maintenance as well.

Everyone in the office was very professional, pleasant and willing to answer questions. I especially had a great experience with Amy Rutter. We had only a short amount of time to find a place that would work for our family and I am so glad we stumbled upon this complex. The townhouses are spacious, NEWish and very nice! An added bonus is that it is right next to a very nice park.

Hands down the best living experience! Our townhouse is beautiful and we love the floor plan, spacious rooms, 2 car garage, gated community and quiet neighborhood. Super neat and organized environment. Furthermore, the location right off of FM 423 in Little Elm, TX is fantastic as we are near to Starbucks, Kroger, Walmart, Bank of America and other important stores. Best thing is RaceTrac Gas station is right next to the townhouse community! Also my wife and I simply love our evening walks in McCord Park which too is conveniently located right next to the property.

We've lived at Orion McCord Park three years at the time of writing (Oct 2020). I've lived in rented accommodation of one kind of another for the last eleven years. I can honestly say Orion McCord Park apts is top of the list when it comes to maintenance, property management and upkeep of the neighborhood. It's a safe and quiet place to live with virtually no crime I've ever heard of, which can be a rare thing in a rental community.
