It is a nice, quiet, clean, well-kept place to live. Residents and Apartment staff are friendly and helpful. There were not many maintence issues, but requests can be called in or placed on-line - either way repairs are completed promptly.
We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

We are shocked. We booked an in person tour for today at 2pm days ago, and received several confirmation messages regarding said appointment. We arrived today at 2 to find a sign on the doors that read “be back at 2:15.” We were confused because our tour was scheduled during this time, and waited until after 2:15 when someone finally came to the door. We hadn’t sat down for more than a minute inside when we found out that there were no available rooms to tour at all, and that everything could have been done virtually. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

I lived at this place for two years and when I left the apartment. I did all the cleaning which was required to be done before leaving. I even hired the professional cleaners because I was busy. But instead of refunding my deposit in full, they charged me for Ozone cleaning which was never mentioned on the contract and they didn't even bother to infom me about it. My Unit itself is pretty nice. Carpet seemed a bit old, but everything else is solid.
Nocked 3 stars off because the complex itself is VERY noisy. Prepare for screaming kids from 11am-10-10:30pm. Its insane. I believe the apts circling around the common area amplifies the noise even more. You'll also get people blasting music at the pool too. Apt noise is inevitable, but its excessive here if you have an inner facing unit. Unless you lease in Building 10,11, or 12....good luck. Enjoy hearing constant yelling kids in your living and bedroom for hours, and being told to "just let people have fun

I ve lived here 10 months 12 of july someone was allowed into my apartment claiming to clean the driver vent . He knocked on the door proclaiming to be maintenance I left my recorder running to hear what was going on while I was at work . After whoever's he was entered he continued to say maintenance. At some point I could hear him say its definitely going to be a problem she's got locks on the door. I'm under surveillance by Walmart wrongful discharge. In February 2021, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a leak at my apartment that turned into a flood. Last Friday, there was a leak. A member of maintenance personnel is rude to me all the time. He has treated me poorly for two years. He addresses me as a child, probably because I’m a fifth of his size. What a great vibe! Walked in and first thing I noticed was that the place smelled amazing! Then I was promptly greeted by a couple of very enthusiastic and friendly ladies. I have been apartment shopping for a while and haven't had anyone genuinely care so much to help me find my new apartment! Hands down this place, by far is the place I want to call home. We lived in Bell Frisco 6 months only.We really had wonderful time at Bell Frisco, there were no any unpleasant situations. Casey helped us with application process in distance and helped to rent apartment (we had some problems, because we were going to move in the USA first time and rented apartment directly from Belarus), she made the process as easy as it can be. I just moved out after living in these apartments after two years. They are charging me for damaged paint and some kind of cleaning. I paid to have the apt cleaned and there was a wall where the bed set against that was a little dirty. What would you expect after two years no dirt no touch up paint needed. The yankee company that owns this complex now is horrid. Look up the face book group for this place and see what they say. Also can you say government subsidized, look at it a little bit you will see.
