I moved cross country this month and when I arrived the apartment I was supposed to move into wasn't ready, and wouldn't be ready for another week. So, unfortunately I had to start looking for another apartment to move into immediately. I chose Lucia because of the location, and leasing agent Emily. Unlike a lot of management companies, she actually was kind, caring, professional and didn't only care about getting your money. Special shout out to Vernon who was the first person I talked with when I looked at the apartments here on a Sunday afternoon. He went beyond his job description

I love living at Lucia! Upscale apartments in a great location! The complex is always clean and was built well. Unlike my previous apartment complex, I haven't had any issues with noise which is a huge plus.
They also have monthly events going that are really fun so all the residents can get to know each other. The leasing staff is awesome and very responsive, especially Brandon. He made the leasing process so easy and has been so helpful. Thanks Brandon and team for providing a great experience! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking!

My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 months now and have loved it! There are so many wonderful amenities and awesome shared spaces to use including the rooftop lounge, courtyard areas, 2 pools. With two big dogs, our favorite is the awesome and beautiful walking path around the large pond with fountains & spacious backyard! We frequently say how it feels like we're on vacation anytime we enjoy what Lucia has to offer! We'd recommend it to anyone

I absolutely love living at Lucia! My experience with the leasing staff is always positive. I can't say enough about maintenance. Terry and team respond to requests timely and with a smile. The location is great - there's a lot to do in the area, walking distance to The Star. My neighbors are kind and quiet on my side of the building LOL. Lucia is for you if you're looking for upscale apartment living with a friendly leasing staff, great neighbors and location! Don't hesitate to stop by and tour the property. You won't regret it!
