This place is horrible. We were out of hot water and heat for over two months. Get told everything is supposed to be fixed and fine. This poor maintenance guy tried everything he could to help us out, but the contracting company they hired clearly messed up. We’re the only apartment that STILL doesn’t have hot water. Our son is now sick, because it would freezing at night and we didn’t have heat. Guess what! Wanna steam his nose and help clear everything up? Give your child a warm bath? Well the water is freezing but screw you I guess.

I just recently moved into a beautiful 3bedroom. It’s very spacious and the community is very beautiful. The office staff are very helpful and their customer service is above and beyond. The maintenance team is an amazing group, they also go above and beyond in taking care of the community. I absolutely love it!

I have been living at Kings Pointe since the end of May. I am very happy with the choice to live here as opposed to the other places I was looking at. It is clean and I feel safe here. All the staff is very friendly and has been very attentive to all of my needs and concerns. I totally recommend choosing this property to anyone looking for a place to stay.

I cannot wait for my lease to be up. I cannot deal with these broken gates anymore. I'm constantly having to jump the fence to get my husband's truck or vice versa so we can open the gates from the other side and drive through the wrong way...it causes traffic on Morganton to back up, not to mention loch haven. What is the point of having gates if you cannot maintain them? Every once in a while, I get it. But at least twice a week is unsatisfactory. Don't advertise security if your gates are either broken in the open position and anyone can come right in or broken in the closed position

I've lived here a few months now and I can easily say I'm pleased with the housing here. Very quiet community and friendly neighbors. There's so much to do here. Indoor and outdoor pool, grilling area, lake, indoor gym, playground for the kids, a tennis court and much more. Location is prime just being a few minutes from the mall and fairly close to downtown. The staff is always tentative to your needs and never fail to follow-up with there promises. Thanks to the ladies up in the office and the hard working staff members from maintenance.

I was apartment hunting... this was one of the options.
Although they have pretty large apartments and nice amenities, i noticed right away that the interior of the units are dated. It looks like it was built in the 90's, probably had popcorn ceiling, but the scrapped it off and tried to redo the ceilings with textured spackle.
The carpets could be better and I just couldn't get over the stench of stale cigarettes. The previous tenant must have been a chain smoker. That with the mix of faint mold smells had me politely run away.
I've seen much better apartments for equal pricing
