*DELTA GARDENS APARTMENTS *These apartments are ALL about the MONEY . They were so nice once I first moved in , after I paid first months rent it all changed ... every single day I’d have someone knock on my door or leave a note saying I couldn’t have chair or bbq pits or even my kids toys outside . My bbq pit had to go INSIDE !! My propane tank had to go INSIDE.. those things belong outside !!! I couldn’t even have fly trap hanging . It felt like I was living in a jail . My ac broke during the summer and it took them 2 days to fix it . (We had a 4month old baby) When my ac broke they literally

I lived there at Delta Residence over a year ago n it was the best place ive ever lived i loved it so much im trying my best to get back over there. Everyone is awesome n amazing you feel like your not just a resident but a part of a big happy family. The manager is the best, if their are any issues they get on them right away i just loved it n hopefully i can find a place available. Thank you Delta Residence yall are awesome

The office staff are always friendly and helpful! The laundry machines are huge and that saves me money. Delta Garden Apts. are fashioned so that all front doors face the garden and is a small property. I like that we are always able to know who should be on the property. The playground is in the middle of the garden and the whole area is usually full of happy children! The apartments are older and therefore they are fashioned with large bedrooms and walk in closets, several extra closets, large bathroom, and a large living and dining room. The management responds to service requests quickly! The

If you enjoy being harassed on a daily basis by an extremely rude, unprofessional and a bully office manager who has a different set of rules for each tenant based on the level of butt kissing skills you possess, than this is the place for you. Not to mention it's ran by Brenda, noted office manager who has been at her job way to long, lives in property, along with her many family members to whom she also caters too but is feared by most tenants because of her continuing treats to evict them, most are rather old and mentally or physically handicapped. Also the maintenance worker is her brother

I lived here for 2 yrs and never had any problems at all. I had a few repairs that were quickly resolved, and professionally done.
the property manager Brenda, and maintenance fella Donny were quite helpful with any questions, and returned my calls very quickly.
Super quite,well kept, great neighbors!
