Since management has refused to allow this post to be seen by fellow tenants, or reply to the email sent, and failed to treat grass when asked in person. Posting this here.
Due to the stray cat problem that has not been handled, the apartment's grass is filled with fleas. Fleas that attach themselves to our dogs, especially the small ones. No matter the topical, or oral medication given to our dogs they will keep getting fleas as long as they walk on the untreated grass. Since we are being charged a pet fee to our rent, is there nothing management can do to treat the grass? It is unsafe for our

Never had an issue that wasn’t fixed within 24 hours or less as soon as I have an issue I go on my app for services with no problem also use my app to pay rent to look at my upcoming statements
Like every apartment complex you will have issues here and there. The ladies in the office are always there to help you for any concerns you have.They are always kind with good attitudes the maintenance men are always polite always keeping the property clean like any where you live you have to put in the effort to keep your apartment inside and out looking nice and organized also steps away from the complex

The office and corporate office alone with repairs does not attend to residents complaints. When owner is contacted he always blow off your complaint. There has been a water leak for three months and the parking lot stay with water. We pay every month for pest control and never get sprayed until you go off. The water is turned off almost every day without a 24 hour notice and always use the word emergency to shut off the water.
