I have been trying to get my air conditioner fixed for the last 3 days, and nothing has been done. I have 2 year old who's sweating just sitting here. I talked to one of the front office ladies right before she left for the day. Said Manuel (maintenance) would be coming. It's been over an hour and no one has showed up! Like really!? This is the second time this month that the air has gone out. The first time it took a whole week for anyone to get it fixed. This is absolutely absurd!!!

Manager Not Caring - A/C Unit out of Freon
Forest view Manager has done this to me 2 times already, my A/C unit runs out of Freon an I call in or Txt her to let her know an all she does is txt me back that she has Texted the new maintenance guy about the issue. So I texted her back saying, why doesn't she actually call the guy an see if he is coming or not so like that I know what will happen. Today is Saturday 10-6-2018 an I been letting her know since 4:58 pm an till now its 11:10pm an my apartment is HOT an she has not or did not care to at least let me know that this new guys wasn&apos

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, water damage, rats, mold nothing works and the office staff has no care in the world for there residents, I recently had to break my lease because it was a big health hazard for my newborn when I put in a request 4 months prior to her being born and called everyday and still nothing was being done. Now I already contacted the owner and still no response & I will be getting a lawyer.

RUN, RUN, RUN like hell! EVERYTHING about these apartments are TRASH! Nobody fixes anything even after repeatedly contacting the office about it. It’s like pulling teeth to get these people to actually do their job. Also, once your lease is up, you can kiss your security deposit goodbye. I left my apartment in PERFECT condition and these people have CONTINUOUSLY given me the run around about it. I’ve been calling them for SEVERAL WEEKS now and it’s EXCUSES every time. If I could give it big fat 0 i would. I'm hear visiting and can't go to the pool as it's not open and disgusting. Roaches. A rat. Oh and the bees flying around the patio. Parking is to small. They paint the tub and well you know the paint is peeling off. Laundry room is not wear you want to do your wash. Machines don't work properly and cloths don't feel washed. Theses are not the cheapest apartments but the quality is very cheap. Try and call and No one answers. Grounds are no where as nice as the pics they show. Hot water thats a joke. Taking a shower is hard it hot cold hot cold threw your shower

This place is a joke they never fix anything around here. I have water in my house they never came fix I don't have hot water at all. We have to take cold showers. The manager told me she was going to call the cops on me BC I would stop going up there to tell them I had problems she curse me out. This place is not a home it's a joke. The prices or to high for what they make you live with. There have been house break in here, and people car's get broken into.

Where to start......been here going on 6 months of our 13 month lease. We have repairs that have been needing to be done since we moved in. I am assuming that we are not the right race to have work done correctly or at all. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY IF YOU ARE WHITE it seems like only the hispanics get their stuff fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
