This is a great place!!! One if the managers, Becca was so helpful in getting my application processed and make the transition to here quickly so that my family could move in. She clearly went above and beyond what was asked of her for me, and I am so grateful!!! The property is beautiful, neighbors are great!!! Best place to live around here a far as I'm concerned!!

These people are shady AF. How you going to try to take my money, sign a lease and I cannot even see what I am going to move into!! Blaming the virus for not wanting to show future tenants their possible home is shady. I have viewed plenty of properties, we wore MASK and kept our distance! Then the man who works the front is just RUDE! no thank you.

Nothing gets fixed and office staff is always in a bad mood my friend pays way too much in rent for things to not get fixed. There is also the infestation of mice that the Maintenance guy seems to enjoy he says his daughter plays with them! Talked to some other renters and they are infested with roaches and you guys have the nerve to go up on the rent all while telling renters there is nothing you can do about either of these problems!!

We've lived here for almost a year and love this place. Our neighbors are really nice. Maintenance is very prompt and management is professional and understanding. It is a very safe community. Local college is accross the street, various shopping centers near by and La Porte definitely has a charming small town feel. We love it here!

I went into these before apartments and I met Ms Susie oh how I loved her so friendly. I had everything deposit application fee everything now I work in the refinery industry so I can be off 3 months at a time. I handed over my check stubs my stubs are different from ytd and once I explained it to her she understood. So sent over an email and instantly corporate said NOPE to much income when that's not the case I don't possibly make 66,000 yearly. If I did I wouldn't be on housing and I definitely wouldn't be looking to move into no apartment. Some times corporate needs to speak to future residents
