I have reported 2 minor maintenance requests. One was a simple shower lever replacement and the second was a bath faucet leak. The request was reported and completed within 24 hours! Both maintenance’s were completed by different people and they did an amazing job! My second request was completed by Bear and he was wonderful. Did not need further questions. He knew exactly what was wrong and I felt comfortable with leaving while he was doing the job! Thanks Bear & Park Laurette :)

If I could give this place a 0 it would still be too high. They did not allow us to see our unit before the move in date because they were installing "new carpet," and what we walked into was nothing short of a nightmare. The unit was absolutely disgusting, it didn't seem as though it was even looked at before we were to move in. Dust and stains all over the fridge and cabinets, washer & dryer were filthy with hair and garbage, broken blinds, and best of all COCKROACHES everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom. *** Owner replied with the same email I have been contacting. I have emailed them (for the hundredth time), and I am still being ignored. Seriously, watch out for Sharvi the Shark. *** The office staff are absolutely horrible to new possible renters. They are just money hungry. When applying, the management, Sharvi specifically, was rude and forceful. I needed time to get my pay stubs and proof of income. However, they demanded I give them both of those within one day, or my application would be cancelled. I told them that was ok and asked about being refunded the holding fee. However, they now

It’s okay but the office staff do a really good job at never answering the phone or calling you back. Also there’s a tree that needs trimming as it is growing over the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out of your car. I’ve complained to the office staff about a month and a half ago and they have yet to do anything about it. I’m not surprised though. It doesn’t seem like they really care about the tenants. They also have no idea when the pool opens. It feels a bit exploitive to be paying for amenities that we aren’t using. The gym and indoor pool have just now been open

These apartments are advertised as luxury, I'm not sure that they quite reach that status. It is a nice complex though. The amenities are nice and the other residents are pretty nice also. I would definitely recommend it. It is a little pricey here but the apartments are nice and they're in a very convenient location.
