Pros: It looks beautiful and luxurious from outside. Pool and club house is amazing. Next to all clubs in west port.
Cons: Construction is so bad that if they flush in the top floor, you can hear that haha. And 3 elevators for 200 apartments(not sure exact number of apartments). So if your apartment far from elevator, good luck and also getting groceries. Common room for package delivery and sometimes they misplace or you would miss some packages.
Management: Mixed. Few are good.

After reading a few other reviews of the Westley on Broadway, I was slightly hesitant to move in. However, I can say I had one of the best leasing and move-in experiences in a long time. Trevor was SO helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly. Prior to the lease starting, he helped my family and I come into my new unit and take measurements for furniture.
The building and unit are both super modern and clean with top-of-the-line everything. So far, no complaints!

Looks can be deceiving. I moved in less than 3 months ago and was impressed by the aesthetics and location. The leasing staff are great, but the tenants make this building unlivable.
Due to COVID, the building is desperately trying to fill apartments as they are new and have a high vacancy rate. As a result, they aren’t scrutinizing their new tenants as closely as they should, which means this place is devolving into a Motel 6. We received a notice last month after the tenants consistently smoked weed (the smell permeates the building), and noise is constantly an issue. I’m writing this at

1. 3.5 month balcony replacement project (our balconies were brand-new) that turned the building back into an active construction site. Parking spots were taken away, amenities like the pool were closed, and no rent concessions were offered.
2. My personal vehicle (parked in the garage for a $95/month add-on) was badly damaged by materials seeping through the concrete seams above. The result? $4500 worth of damage, 3 weeks without my car, and I'm still waiting on the replacement parts to arrive. While our leasing team is wonderful and great . You don't want to live at this overpriced building . What ever your rent is . Add 300 on top in hidden fees for bs. Plus we have days where we can't park in or around the building . We have days we're we don't even have water . We get smoke complaints and the wrong people get them. Not worth it at all. N i never complain Checc my stats on here

While the leasing staff are great and doing their best with a building nearing full capacity, the Westley experience leaves much to be desired for what totals $2400+/mo after adding ~$300 line item fees (and more after separate utilities). That's a 2-bedroom with 2 cats and 2 cars in the garage.
Firstly, luxury is a long stretch - there's not much extravagance here unless you love the thrill of a late-night fire alarm from indoor smoking or burnt food sending you down a filthy stairwell with all your neighbors to wait outside while the building is cleared. Yes, it has a gym and a pool

I just moved to KC from Salt Lake City and before moving toured upwards of 10 different buildings. Westley is in the perfect location, has awesome amenities, and is super reasonably priced for what you get. Big shoutout to Trevor who was incredible throughout the entire process and helped me with everything I needed in a timely manner. While I’ve only been here a few days, I highly recommend checking westley out if you’re looking for a new apartment!

Such a wonderful place to live!!! Was anxious with a cross country move from the west coast during a pandemic LOL but thanks to the team at the Westley (especially Trevor McCoy) my move was absolutely seamless!!! I couldn't recommend living here more- definitely a bright spot here in KC and my favorite home yet :)

Wow, I can say a lot about this place but want to especially say thank you so much to Trevor!!! He made our move from CA so easy to navigate and put in a lot of time answering our questions and making sure we felt comfortable as we moved in. The apartment itself is amazing and any maintenance requests we had were handled ASAP- this is probably my favorite place I’ve lived at and am thankful for the Westley community! Would 10/10 recommend in a heartbeat, thanks for the hospitality Trevor!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. They allow weapons in the building. I had a 50 year old resident pull a knife out and threaten me with it for using an amenity 15 minutes after close and the management chose not to check cameras or do anything about it. I've had packages go missing and the management did nothing about it. If I could get out of my lease now, I would. They treat this building like a retirement community even though it is across the street from a main party district in Kansas City. The management is absolutely terrible, unprofessional, rude, and unpredictable. I've received countless passive

I've been a resident since September, and the experience has been great. The amenities are the best, and the staff takes pride in the building. Stephanie particularly is very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately there are some people that need to be reminded to respect that there are others living in the building, but that unfortunately is true anywhere. The location IS in Westport, so that comes with all the positives AND noise one should expect. Glad to call the place home.

Stephanie gave me a tour of the building when I was looking for a place to live and was great in showing me everything about the building. She has continued to be very helpful with anything I need

You should at least look into living here. Reasonably priced, great location, brand new building. Amenities, leasing team, floor plan - all awesome. Study rooms, conference room, plenty of common areas. I haven’t had to fill out a maintenance request yet. Noise can be an issue sometimes but it’s never terrible and is easy to get used to. The huge indoor garage is climate controlled and is kept comfortable even when it’s bad outside.

Yeah, it's pretty rough over here at Westley on Broadway. Everything is run on electricity too, fob keys control doors to apartments, even need them to use the elevator at all. Supposedly, there's a generator that would sustain us for 24 hours in a power failure, knowing this building and considering fact it didn't come on during the recent power outages, it's safe to say this is another reason highly recommend NOT staying at Westley!!! When door can no longer be locked or unlocked and parking garage door can no longer be opened or closed, it's going to get primitive and
