Having lived in many apartments I can say that I am really enjoying my stay in Madison Apartments. The best thing about them is the maintenance staff . They are extremely friendly and don’t bother you for minor wear and tears .
Also the heating insulation is very good which probably saves you money on gas bills.
Courtney from the front office deserves a special mention as she is very accommodating for most situations.

My fiancé and I lived at the Madison Apartments for 1 year with our dog (black lab) and cat. We were on the first floor in a one bedroom that had been newly updated before moving in. The appliances (minus the washer and dryer) and flooring were brand new.
We loved the area as it was safe and removed from busy streets but super close to mall and Sun Prairie.
The management and staff have always been great. We had terrible upstairs neighbors, but they eventually got kicked out. They were extremely noisy and their 3 year old would escape their apartment and wonder around and into other people's

I have now been living at the Madison for a little over 6 months and I have to say this is my favorite apartment I've ever lived in. I live in a quad plex and it is absolutely wonderful walking into a foyer area and being able to enter my apartment without having to walk down long hallways like I'm in a hotel. The office and maintenance staff are all wonderful and very helpful when anything has been needed and the pool and other amenities that are offered here are wonderful. Would highly suggest turning in an application and joining us here at The Madison if you want to love where you live.

So far, so good! I have been here for about 6 months now, and I don't have anything to complain about thus far!
The floor plan of my unit is wonderful, I love it. Apartments are large. They allow big dogs which is great. Lots of folks with big dogs live here, so it's nice to get the dogs out playing together. There is surprisingly a TON of green space to utilize. Very nice and unexpected!
The clubhouse offers a lot of amenities. I've only been in it a few times but it seems to be well-kept and very clean. I attended a party in the lower level media room and it was perfect! So

I've lived in the Madison Apartments for 6 months now & couldn't be happier. My search for this apartment was well worth it!!! I looked at 11 apartments prior to signing the lease at Madison Apartments.
Management & maintenance are excellent. They get right back to you. Also it's extremely pet friendly. My blue heeler loves it here.
I love how quite & safe I feel here. I plan to make this my home for years to follow.

I do like the floorplans, design concepts, choice to make the place feel like a neighborhood/community-type.
I don't care for the old washer/dryer in the unit. Microwave to the side of the stove. And it's sooooooooooo far out.
I thought we were going to Sun Prairie. Alas, it's near all the dealerships on the eastside. So, I guess Madison's AUTO MALL on the Eastside.
