More than just fitness classes - We are focused on lifelong wellness for every studio member. With 40+ classes on our weekly schedule and 17 instructors, Longevita is able to provide a unique level of diversity and expertise. Through smaller class sizes and opportunities for individual attention, our goal is to help every individual find the right routines to reach their own personal goals within a positive, community atmosphere.
This invigorating Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core, creating long and lean muscles while working with a variety of props to challenge even the most experienced clients. Within this class, we will utilize additional equipment, such as Spring Wall, Bosus, dumbbells, Therabands, foam rollers, squishy balls, stability balls, and more!
This all-level class will introduce yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this class is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of yoga poses.
This all-level class is an intense, physical, total body workout designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. You are, quite literally, working head to toe. Barre is a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. With this dynamic combination, you are able to achieve lean and sculpted muscles, in a safe, free-of-injury way.
This is an exercise program designed to enhance the lives of people who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition, such as Parkinson's or Multiple Sclerosis. Within this class we will be combining low impact aerobic exercise with appropriate modifications designed for people with neurological conditions, strength, coordination, and balance training.

Love LOve LOVe LOVE Longevita!!! All the ladies are amazing support & every single instructor ROCKS! Super duper fun workouts in Barre & TRX, they kick my butt & kick my tummy with laughter 🤣 , the Hot yogas make me sweat tears of joy 😂 & the restorative does just that, restores my mind, body & soul. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable to the extreme & correct posture and technique should you veer off course, I do regularly hahahahaha

I love Longevita Pilates. I will be seventy this year. I am stronger and straighter than I have been in decades. I used to have almost no mobility in my neck. I can now turn my neck normally. Don't be afraid to try this because of any issues or injuries, they can modify for your specific problems. For me, it has changed everything. It has balanced my body. All the instructors really care and coach to help you improve. There are great varieties of classes and times. I have found something that I love. I would encourage any gender or age to try Longevita, it is a great place to get strong!

I really love this place a lot. I have been going there for about five months and attend multiple classes per week. I definitely have my favorite instructors and there are instructors I won't go back to, but it's just personal preference. It's nice that there are styles that fit difference people.
I wish that the non-heated room had padded floors, but other than that, can't complain! I would totally recommend this studio. Plus they have really awesome starter packages. I paid $30 for my first 30 days 😳 Can't beat that 😄
