Three trees is everything my friend said. I especially appreciate that all of you were respectful of my individual needs and did not try and "sell" anything. I want to tell all of you: my yoga practice has been the best thing, along with my instructors, whom I adore. You have all become my best friends.

As we commuted together to teacher training in Seattle, our mantra, usually said with a big grin, was "When we have our own yoga studio." For a year we spent weekends together studying the aspects of yoga that made our hearts sing and our bodies return to the mat again and again. We developed deep bonds of friendship and came to respect each other's strengths.
Three Trees Yoga stands against racism and all forms of oppression. The philosophical foundations of Yoga compel us to acknowledge the ongoing violence against Black people as one example of systemic racism in our society. We acknowledge that regardless of one's own race or ethnicity, individuals are at various points along an anti-racist journey.
Curious about yoga, tai-chi, or meditation? Stop in or call us during our office hours to find out which classes will suit your needs. Cancellations due to weather will be announced on our phone message, FB, as well as on our home page. Take Campus Drive / 348th East past the Aquatic Center. After crossing 1st Ave, you'll pass Fox Run Apartments and our entrance will be on your left.
We have been blessed with the enormous pleasure of doing what we love with people we enjoy. It is both our desire and our obligation to extend those blessings to those in our own back yard as well as those on the other side of the earth. In that spirit we've taught classes and held special events where 100% of the proceeds went to a charity that spoke to our hearts.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Yin yoga (and the amazing instructors) is helping me heal my chronic pain- migraines and nerve pain caused by injury and misalignment due to my active lifestyle. Yin is helping me continue to do all the things I love while healing. I would do the Zoom classes every day if they were available. Thank you!!

I love this place! I recently started attending classes here regularly to get back into shape and it’s been wonderful. The staff are very nice and the classes are awesome. They even have a free (donation only) 12-step yoga class on Sunday nights for people in addiction recovery. The only negative thing is that they don’t have more classes.

Worst studio I've ever been to. F for customer service. F for instruction. The owner asked for criticism and became defensive and passive aggressive when offered constructive criticism. And the instructor told me to do a pose that caused me pain even after I told her it was painful and I was in a class for people recovering from injury. Avoid at all costs.
