I can't recommend Pat enough. Her thirty years of experience shows up in her ability to see what needed updating in my home, in her researching the right price for my home, and the marketing. She brought in and oversaw contractors who did a wonderful job of repairing, painting, and staging. She encouraged me through the difficult job of packing up 47 years of living in one home, and she kept me informed all along the way, including during marketing and the final sale. I am amazed at the knowledge patience and instincts Pat has developed over the years. Thank you Pat.

I highly recommend Pat Chadwell. There is so much that Pat did that made selling my house of 23 years stress-free with no problems. She is the champ of knowing the ins and outs of real estate. She made great suggestions for improvements, prep, and repairs that helped me get the price I wanted. I personally appreciated Pat's quick response time. If I had a question or didn't understand a process, she would explain it in terms that made sense to me. If she didn't have an immediate answer, she would do research and get back to me very quickly. I had worked with Pat on 2 previous home purchases & then found myself in need of doing a short sale of my condo. Pat was knowledgable, efficient, & reassuring the whole entire process. This process was not without set backs, and emotional ups & downs & she was there every step of the way to guide me & get me through it. She works with a company (Home First) who assisted in this process and they were also amazing. She made a difficult process much easier.

It was truly an absolutely positively great pleasure to work with Pat while we searched for our first home. She was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We had some hiccups along the way and Pat was always there to guide us in the correct direction and offer her valuable opinion. We never felt pressured or obligated to just "settle."
